When we were checked in I expected to have a room with a balcony and view of the sea. It had been booked for some time. We were told oh no you only booked a standard room. I don’t think that was the case but it did include breakfast. We were given our key and told it was ground floor just outside from reception. They told us that they were expecting a coach party arriving soon and to avoid breakfast the next morning at 8am as it would be very busy. We found our room and actually found it very easy to bring in our bags from the car. The only thing I didn’t like was that these rooms were being used by people with dogs. We decided we would eat in the hotel that night to be told it was closed because of the coach party. Next morning we walked across for breakfast and just couldn’t believe what we saw. It was all the leftovers from the coach party. Cold dried up and messed around. We complained and felt really bad about doing so. They eventually brought us some scrambled eggs but had so much salt it was inedible. Might have been done on purpose. It is a great shame because this hotel demands a fantastic position above a gorgeous sandy beach but needs to sort out its kitchen which apparently they don’t own.

Everything about the hotel was lovely. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Staff extremely friendly. Spa lovely and clean. Beautiful views of the sea front.

The breakfast was terrible and we were advised not to use the restaurant for dinner. We were told the restaurant was a separate concession and not a part of the hotel. Sadly, it did reflect on the hotel. However, the hotel staff were amazing by not charging for the breakfast and gave us a complimentary session in the Spa. We thought that was a wonderful gesture but it was sad they had to do it at all.

The hotel is in a lovely location, overlooking beach, close to restaurants and bars and also lovely coastal walks. Breakfast was good, dinner wasn't available because of group bookings so cannot comment on it. The spa is lovely and would definitely recommend it. Also availed of some treatments which were also very enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Slightly disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't work and would like to have been made aware of this in advance of our arrival.

When we enquired about dinner in the restaurant we were told that they had a coach tour so we have to go into town. Particularly annoying after a very long drive. .This also applied to the next night but on asking if they could do room service they said yes. We then had club sandwiches on our terrace. Coach tour are frequently staying in June so beware

Great view from the terrace, had a bar fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room- a rarity in Spain. Very close to shops and cafes. Also a beautiful seaside walk. Also we arrived early but there was no problem with checking into our room probably cause we are travelling in late September, I imagine it would be terribly crowded here in Summer. Great service.

excellent location with stunning views of the coastline and beach and very good facilities in the room and hotel with secure parking . Very friendly english speaking staff. Our sea facing room had a very large terrace. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and fridge. They provided a dog bed and blanket and bowls for our dog .

Room floor could have been swept a little more often. A plumbing fault in Bathroom cased some bad smells from the shower drain.

This room exceeded our expectations. Very clean and calming atmosphere. Great sitting area outside room. Comfy bed, great shower, water provided and fridge and working and efficient A/C. We had our dog with us and they had food and water bowls waiting in the room, along with a tennis ball and a dog bed which he loved. Great stay! Didn't visit the beach, but the walkway all around the beaches was spectacular.

A cup in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and contained toothpaste from previous guest toothbrush. There was no window to open meaning you had to open the door for fresh air, not ideal when out of season. A doormat would be a useful addition to room.

The location is great. The breakfast is pretty good, with gluten free loaf and cake available without the need for specific request. The very comfortable king size bed.

The pool wasn't usable for the first days for safety reasons due to a problem with the water. The staff was as unhappy about it as everyone else. A
