Good location, walking distance to the beach, waterpark, og zoo. Right next to the mall. Good access to the bus. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food, although it was the same everyday. Pools were great, and nice to have the small one for younger children. Lots of activities in the hotel during the day, and evening entertainment. Cleaning staff very nice.

I would like to have access to more information about the hotel and the surroundings in the room or lobby, for instance the gym (that had extra cost), the busses, menu for the restaurant etc. The room needed more hooks to hang clothes, towels, etc. It would have been nice tonbe able to buy a sponge and a small dish soap for the kitchenette, as it is such a waste to buy large containers for few days.

In great location nice 10/15 min walk to beach , few mins walk to shops bus stop few fast food outlets , family 1 Bedroom was lovely and spacious, rooms cleaned every day not hassle with towels or sun bed 😉, staff lovely and friendly and helpful , bed little hard but pull out beds were ok , had to afk for extra pillows tho as they are a little flat , but was given them as soon as I asked ,

No children entertainment or adult , understand it’s low season but there really was very busy and lots of adults with children there esp around the pool , 3 life guards there did a great job now must say ,

The location was beyond my expectations - just a few minutes from a large park that can be walked all the way to the ocean. There is a large mall around the corner as well, with grocery store, making it easy to stock the kitchen as needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

While the rooms are large and have a full kitchen, they don't offer items you might expect in a hotel such as coffee and tea. This was easy to adjust for with the grocery nearby, but was a surprise nonetheless. The beds were a bit hard, but worth living through it for the cost and location. The elevator is slow if that is important to anyone, and there is a bit of a walk between check in and the various rooms for those who might struggle with mobility, it is useful to know.

Staff were amazing. Front office staff, cleaners, life gaurds, bar staff etc... so friendly and wonderful English (we tried a few orders in Spanish which they really appreciated) Location was about 10 minute walk from the main strip, taxi is only €6 but there is a blue & white bus outside the hotel that is only €1.20 into town and kids are free and runs until midnight. Located 2 minute walk to the local Lidl store and across the road is a massive shopping centre with a supermarket. Room is cleaned and bed and towels changed daily. So clean and tidy.

Beds are very thin and uncomfortable and the pool not opening until 10.30 am when you have young kids that are up from 6am!! was so disappointing.

I didn’t like the fact that I asked many days before departure if we can have a late discharge and we were told from reception to check on morning of discharge if they need the room and is possible, next day tried my luck with another staff and I’ve been told same. On the day of departure without someone looking into system to check availability, told us we can stay and pay 130 euro price for another night. I do understand to pay a fee is normal but full night is way to much, not to mention I did not pay for my stay this amount per night, was 112 euro. So I ended on reception for 6 hours with a 4 months old baby. They could’ve told me days before that to arrange a different accommodation for that day

Facilities at the hotel were excellent. The main pool, kids pool and Aqua Bar were brilliant. Decent selection at the breakfast buffet. Plenty of choice. Food in Aqua Bar was fine if you want a quick snack or convenient dinner. Evening entertainment was great for the kids. The staff really made an effort with the games etc and the kids had a lot of fun. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Location is a bit out of Fuengirola town, approx 20 min walk. But there is a bus outside the hotel which takes you there in 5 mins. However it is right beside a shopping centre with a huge Carrefour which was very convenient.

Would have liked to have been a bit closer to town for access to bars and restaurants but not that big a deal with bus on doorstep. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

The hotel is in a quiet area no noise around , it’s a 15 min walk by the river to the sea and the strip then a 10 min walk to the centre of the strip where all restaurants are located, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious, had a small balcony where there was a table and 4 chairs and a clothes horse but if all these were being used at once it was very tight , the only fault I’d have with the room is the bed , it was like a board to sleep on , you have no choice but get used to it , you would hear absolutely nothing while in the room so easy to sleep ,

Our second stay. Love the location for families. Quiet area but only a 7min walk from beach/shops etc. huge shopping centre next door , including a supermarket. Hotel staff are always so lovely. Animation team are great fun for adults and kids. We loved the atmosphere they create. It’s a very easy going , relaxed hotel. It’s everything a family holiday should be.

Would have enjoyed some new shows in the night time. The Micheal Jackson show was extremely poor and neither kids or adults enjoyed it. This was echoed by all the families in the aqua bar that evening.

The rooms were cleaned every day, also towels were changed daily. Overall very clean hotel, pool, territory. We used the indoor swimming pool, where we rented towels (free), only that we had to have a swimming cap, which can be bought there as well. Outdoor swimming pools are also nice, clean, comfortable. Other than that there is a kids playground, sport facilities (we did not use). We stayed in April, and there was no evening entertainment yet. The restaurant (breakfast/dinner) offers good value for money. Drinks are only incl for breakfast (hot drinks, milk, water/juices). Super friendly staff! The location is a bit far from the beach (but still a walking distance ~15 min), but very close to a shopping mall and a bus stop. It is not a busy area, so almost no bars/restaurants nearby. Instead you have a shopping mall with lots of stores and big Carrefour supermarket. In terms of night life - very quite area.

The restaurant of the hotel opens for dinner quite late - at 19:30, closes at 22:30. Too late for us, so we had to adjust with kids. We visited in April, and some of the entertainment was not available. Maybe in summer it's more fun

This is our 4th time back to this hotel. It is perfect for families. The staff are more than helpful and nothing is a problem. Slight issue with our room when we arrived but it was sorted immediately even though it was after 10pm. The location is perfect with a large shopping center 2 mins away and a lovely walk along the beach into the town. The pool here is amazing and they also have a heated indoor pool if its a bit chilly.

The only small gripe is the shower tray and the shower curtain which does not fit the area, the water escapes all over the floor no matter how careful you are.
