Room was a pleasant surprise, we had asked for a quiet room and we got it! Beds & Bathroom comfortable. Parking easy and with a lift to reception (another pleasant surprise). Friendly owners & staff. Coffee/tea area in reception - that compensates the missing kettle in the room.

Room was cold as the central heating was not on yet at the end of October. We thought that a bit strange, but it seems to be like that in the north of Spain....

We stayed at this hotel for three days. We parked the car in the garage located in the basement of the building, on a spot already reserved together with the room. The room is equipped at the basic level, with its own bathroom and TV, but everything is clean and neat, so we felt very well. WiFi worked very well. Nearby there are several cafe-bars where you can have a good breakfast and coffee, and a few hundred meters away is the Los Fresnos mall, beyond which lies the city center. All in all, we were very satisfied with the choice made, which was also at a reasonable price, so we spent wonderful days in Gijon. Very friendly staff.

I have nothing to complain about

The room was very clean with a super en suite. The receptionists were all very helpful and even found a toothbrush charger for us to borrow. We arrived early and were able to leave the car in the car park and return after check in time.

Everything was fine.

The single room was on a small side but all the necessities were there. The windows faced into the inner yard and depending on the people there, it might be a bit noisy at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is a good value option n Gijón. The room was a decent size and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. All was as expected from the description. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the historical centre .

Nothing

The room was cosy but elegant, the bathroom roomy and stylish, beds super comfy and deco was calming ( I travelled with a kid). Wifi was good, and service was great. And even when hot outside the room temperature was perfect. Great hotel.

If you go by car is easy to park outside but they also have a private parking, I did not use it so I am not sure if they charge for ir, anyway they offered us the possibility to take the car to the parking the last day to avoid carrying the luggage to the parking outside. Cleaning and reception staff were super nice to us. The room is great and big enough, we took a 3 people room for only 2 and it was great despite the third bed we did not use. Nice and modern bathroom with shower.

A small hotel but perfectly formed. Everything was clean, good and comfortable. Staff without exception are helpful and friendly. Couldn't have made a better choice.

Pipes in bathroom made room smell bad when we returned to hotel at night. Shower drain blocked. Decor seemed dated.
