I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable—right opposite the main entrance of the stunning Cathedral of Granada, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. A special mention goes to Gertruda at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She provided fantastic travel tips and shared valuable local information that made my visit even more enjoyable. Her recommendations truly enhanced my experience. Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect location with excellent service!

Instructions to check in to the hotel could be improved by stating clearly to contact the restaurant staff when the reception is not attended.

The view was surreal. Location was perfect if you want to be in the heart of things. I enjoyed it because I ALWAYS travel with noise canceling headphones and still got a wonderful night sleep despite all the action!

Only that my room didn’t have a couch to sit on but that’s just wishful thinking.

Great location - our room looked over the cathedral square. Really close to all the sights + lots of places to eat and drink. Really helpful staff and very responsive. We were able to leave our bags after checking out. Would highly recommend!

Because it was so central and we stayed over a weekend there was some noise from people in the street. It didn't spoil our stay in the least but take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location is great. Right on one of the main plazas but very quiet at night. The apartment was comfortable with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. It was like a hotel in that you could request daily maid service. The staff downstairs were extremely helpful and sad someone was always there or next door at Rollo cafe to help out. I was on the top floor and there is an elevator A short walk to most destinations. Even the Alhambra can be walked to. Breakfast can be bought at Rollo next door. Altogether a great stay.

At first I didn’t like that the kitchen can’t be used for cooking, although you can make coffee and tea. But management had made that clear in their ad. So not a negative if you are aware of that upfront.

It is a lovely, clean hotel next to the huge and beautiful cathedral, in a large, popular plaza. LOTS of restaurants and bars. It is a great location for people who want to go out at night to mix with the locals and experience the true lifestyle of the Spanish.

Cars are not allowed near the cathedral & plaza. The taxi had to drop me off and I had to walk with my luggage a couple of blocks. The hotel is on the main plaza so there was a lot of noise of people talking, laughing and eating until after 1am. But, that is the Spanish lifestyle…a nocturnal country.

This was an awesome place in Granada, we booked four nights and decided to stay another three. We had a room that overlooked the Cathedral and it was perfect, on our first night there was a free symphony orchestra show in front of the cathedral and we had the best seats in the place by sitting inside our own rooms. It was a once in a lifetime experience. The room itself is clean with a small kitchenette, the bathroom was a bit on the small side but everything worked perfectly. The owner and his wife was super friendly and very helpful. There is a small coffee shop across the road and a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, both are owned by the owners of the hotel. The place is very centrally located and you can walk everywhere, take the bus up to the Alhambra and have a nice stroll back to the hotel. I can highly recommend the hotel.

Friendly hosts, willing to keep our bags until checkin time. Our luggage was brought to our room when it was ready. Rollo restaurant below the apt had excellent food and service. The location was great with a room with a view of the Cathedral square. Bed and room were very comfortable and perfect for a couple. Kitchenette was a bonus for drinks and snacks. Lots of action at all hours, bustling with lots of people and music, but relatively quiet in the morning hours. Good value. Highly recommend!

We loved it, but this is not the place for you if you want peace and quiet.

Location(around bus stop and train station), leaving luggage, room condition, bed, clean toilet, water stream, AC, and the view, electricity, amanity, and staff are really reeeallly good!! Especially receptionist Gertruda is super kind, and she gave a map and recommended me a good restraunt, sweets cafe, and tour place!!! I'll recommend it to my friends who want to go to Granada! Literally, everything was perfect due to the hotel service😆😆😆

Beautiful apartment right next to the cathedral in the old city of Granada. Quiet even though the square is a meeting place for many people throughout the day and evening. Easy to walk through the old city which is beautiful and has many shops and restaurants close by. Good communication with hosts and a 10% discount for the cafe next door which serves good food and has friendly staff.

It would be good if the apartment was provided with a small amount of tea and coffee and materials for washing up. Other than that it was lovely.

LOCATION!!! SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS! Super friendly welcoming. The hosts made us feel we were old family friends. We had our morning "how goes it," with recommendations for places to see and visit, every day. This property is right on Plaza Pasiegas in the center of Granada, a few steps from everything. The room was beautiful, the view to the Cathedral was breathtaking. The restaurant on the first level, Rollo, was superb. Keep in mind there are about a hundred Tapas and full service restaurants within a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is lots of shopping and plazas everywhere. The housekeeping was immaculate (the best we have ever had). This hotel/apartment is a keeper. We will absolutely return.
