Close to Alhambra and city center, great view, possibility to diner comes in handy when you arrive late, simple but good breakfast, as we stayed for 6 days we took the junior suite with private terras so we enjoyed the sunsets with a glass of wine…, good bed and cushions, sitting room is spacious, bathroom a little narrow, there is a minibus stop just beside the hotel that brings you to the city center, however, we choose to climb the hill to keep us fit…, friendly staff.

The plumbing in the bathroom could use some improvement to avoid some unwanted smells…

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived at the property it was 4am. There were no issues checking in thankfully and when we got up the next morning even though we were a little bit late for breakfast the staff still served us. The views were stunning the food was lovely and Id happily go back.

The stuff we didn't like wasn't within the control of the hotel such as the parking situation. There is free parking but it is on street and you cant reserve it. The Hotel is also on a mountain side and so at times the parallel parking was a bit tricky. We picked the location due to its proximity to the Alhambra due to the temperature though we had to drive as it was too hot to walk it but also the gradient of the mountains and hills in Grenada (even in the city) is quite steep so not ideal to walk in during the hottest points of the summer

The location - 10 minutes to the Alhambra - 25 minutes downhill into centre. Miguel was fabulous in offering us a better room / view if we were happy for 2 singles pushed together as opposed to a double. My word was he right!! The breakfast is more than adequate - and that view over the city is stunning. Free on street parking near the hotel. How on earth this is a 1 star hotel - we’ve no idea - do not be put off by that - we’ve stayed in worse 3/4 star hotels. All is all a fabulous stay and once again thank you Miguel for suggesting the other room.

We loved Granada and we loved this hotel. Perched on the edge of a mountain overlooking the expanse of Granada from the snow capped Sierra Nevada to the cathedral and the surrounding mountains. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Our room was bathed in afternoon sunlight, The location is within walking distance to great restaurants just down the hill and to the Alhambra. If you are not into walking the C35 bus stops outside to run you into the centre of the old town and back again for Euro 1.40 per person per trip. We have been travelling for 7 weeks and the breakfast was our favourite of the trip to date. The hotel being out of the centre meant we had a peaceful sleep each night. Great value for the price and again million dollar views.

The towels could be updated.

This was an exceptional experience - for us a great location (not in city centre), featuring an exceptional panoramic view to most of the city of Granada (well that`s the "Mirador" in the name of the hotel right?) from a huuuge cozy loggia. Cozy room, comfy king size bed, nicely furnished room. Very beutiful interior of the hotel, it`s definitely worth it to skip the lift and take the stairs instead! Oh and a funny thing: the reception is on floor 0, our room was on floor 3, which ther means 3 floors down :) - the hotel is built in a very steep slope. Parking on the street just in front of the hotel, no problem. Nice stroll down to the city center around 20-25 minutes (then of course another x hours through the city). Personnel very nice and professional. Anytime again, if in Granada!

This is a classic boutique hotel - why it is on some sites only one star is a joke.It is located out of town fairly near the Alhambra -very very hilly to get to anywhere from the hotel but bus service C35 stops outside the hotel and is a circular route so you will always end up back at your residence. The staff were great very helpful and courteous.Breakfast was fine and very continental. The art work on the walls was superb. Our room was superb as we booked a junior suite [room 302] it was spacious with 2 sun trap balconies and great views over the city-the only problem was the weather which not very nice at all.

If there was tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Loved the location. Its distance & steepness of roads didn't bother us but might others. So close to Alhambra.View from room spectacular as was view from bar. Receptionist on arrival very helpful. Room large and bed v comfortable. bathroom good size. Breakfast not to our liking but that's personal & not a criticism. Able to park outside & leave for 3 days - that was a bonus. All in all can't fault. highly recommend.

We were there for 3 nights and towels not changed - had to request fresh ones. No fridge or tea/coffee amenities I room.W Small things make a big difference.

A little gem looking over Granada from the hill nearest to the Alhambra. Don't be fooled by the tiny appearance from the street: this structure offers many cozy rooms with reserved terrace facing to the wide landscape and a cosy, small surprising dining terrace with breathtaking view and a remarkable jazz playlist whispering in the background to enjoy breakfast, an evening cocktail or a dinner. Great value for money.

No car parking at the hotel. You must find your chance along the small road that winds through the hillside. Most often you find it just within 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel is very ideal for viewing across Granada, stunning views! Room and terrace both very good size and all was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast options are good without being overcharged, which is a welcome suprise! Nice touch to serve beer in pre-chilled glasses, thank you! Close proximity to Alhambra and ideal walking and viewing opportunities across Granada.

Only down side was that the drainage down pipe (although sealed off) was through the room we were staying so could hear anytime and every time anyone used the facilities. But it is an older building so maybe to be expected. Parking is pretty much on the road, but not really a problem as this was clearly explained before hand, and again nestled into the hillside so not busy like on a main road.

It is perched on the side of the hill facing the city centre, so the view from the balcony was spectacular, especially the sunset. There’s even a little view of the Alhambra area from the room. The room was nicely done up and the bed was comfortable. We went in with eyes wide open knowing that it was not near the city centre and not easy to get to with luggage. More practical to take a cab from the city centre to the hotel than to try climbing stairs or going up the rather steep slopes. There’s a bus but it’s a small bus and not directly connected to the bus or train station.
