The room furniture was relatively modern and practical. The location is good.

- There wasn’t a trash bin in the room. Only in the bathroom. - Only one towel was cleaned/replaced everyday, and the other towels were left uncleaned (see the picture). - On my second day when I got back to the room at noon after a morning trip, the AC wasn’t working, tried to call the reception but didn’t find any instruction in the room about the reception number, so I got down to the reception and informed them about the issue. They acted immediately and fixed the issue in seconds after pressing some buttons in the reception desk. - Noises from other rooms were heard very loud.

Proximity to Puerta Real, Plaza Nueva and centre. The terrace restaurant was good for breakfast and a quiet evening drink. The staff doing housekeeping, breakfast/terrace and reception were all well mannered, excellent and hrlpful

The A/C was not working and insufficient hangers or drawers in the wardrobe.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. The rooftop bar is also a bonus - good selection of tapas to accompany your choice of refreshments. Try to avoid rooms facing the street if you like a lie-in.

Room a little small but adequate for single use. Would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Location is great, situated centrally in Granada, with excellent connection to the tram ("Metro Granada") and access to historic center and easy walk to Alhambra. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful

The only thing that stacks out as a major-is negative is a poor sound proofing of the rooms, which means that guests checking in or returning to the room at night might wake you up.

Location was ideal , very easy to find and parking facilities nearby.

We were first floor next to lift so a bit noisy . Also opened window as room was a bit stuffy , but we were above reception so heard a lot of talking when guests checking in . Rooms are comfortable but decor very basic , which is why it’s reasonably priced .

Great location, with parking just across the road. The bed was very comfortable and a fridge was a nice addition

No hooks in the bathroom, towels had long black curly hair on them, the bathroom tap was awkwardly placed and one bedside light didn’t work

I was on a Business travel, I didn't stay much in the room. In the evening when I arrived in the room, I could have feel the scent of the cleaning materials, bed impeccably arranged. Extremely kind personal, speaking English.

I don't have nothing to object. Everything was impeccably.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Met my expectations.

The room smelled like smoke at first, but they resolved the problem with their little air machine.

Central location, close to the main tourist sites. Good breakfast.

No problem with the hotel, but visitors should be aware that if arriving by bus (as we did), the centre of Granada is a good 45 minute walk from the bus station, and it would be advisable to get a taxi (particularly if dragging cases).

The hotel was extremely good value for money, even providing a limited but perfectly acceptable breakfast in the rooftop bar area. Staff were again very helpful, booking us a good Flamenco evening. It was only a short walk to the centre of town, and even the Alhambra was within a good walk. We did not use the bar or restaurant in the evening but it was there if needed, but did not affect our sleep either
