Hotel has great atmosphere and that special vibe for holidays in mountains. Staff was great. Small attention to detailed made it special for us. They upgraded room for us, to make our stay more comfortable.

Problem with wifi, we couldn’t connect our phones(was constant error with connection) Our room has some strange smell (might be smell from air condition) we had to open windows for a while. Entrance stairs was slippery, covered with ice. My boyfriend felt quite hard. For 5* hotel it’s inappropriate.

Everything was perfect. They let us check early and also upgrade our room, which was amazing. The room was super clean and big. Staff was super friendly and kind, especially the guy in reception. If im not mistaken, his name was jorge. They make our stay super memorable. Truly a 5 star hotel. The food was delicious. They have complementary areas, which had cava and nuts, which was a very good gesture.

The only thing i can say is that in breakfast on our 1st day, none of the staff told us that they also have a menu for order, and we find out from other guests. But it's not a big deal because everything and everyone were amazing.

Room was clean, but there was no garbage in living room, what is really strange. All staff was supper friendly and helpfull. If you come to hotel starving, there is a lot of snacks in receprion and near to garage. Even if you have room only to 1 day, they help with skii rental if you need to leave faster that rental works. Hotel and stuff really works like 5 star.

The only thing was - no garbage in room. And also - really strange that you can not close door to toilet and shower with locker. So if you sit on pot, everyone can come inside... for me this is really worst thing. But all other things was so good, that i almost forget about this situation. And also, from booking i didnt know that kids will sleep with me in one room.

I loved the view from our room and the outdoors patio. i also really enjoyed the Gondola that takes you down to the village! I had a massage and it was fantastic! The spa was also delightful after a day of skiing.

We had dinner at the « a la carte » and for a 5 Star, it wasn’t good at all. The potatoes were cold, the veggies were ordinaries and the T-Bone steak was dry. The steak was 100 Euros. I still laugh about it but it wasn’t good at all.

Very good breakfast, wide spaces inside the hotel, staff very friendly, wide room, warm atmosphere, position, private parking. I've found a lot of improvement in terms of general organisation and services to the clients.

The Spa..not the first time in this hotel.and every time there is a problem with the Spa, the experience is always ruined..besides the fact it costs 30 euros for a small spa, the fact you have to book before, today at 11 it was not possible to access the spa because there was a cleaning water treatment in process..

1. At 350,00 per night I think a coffee would have been nice. Room just had a kettle and many types of tea but not a single choise of coffee. 2. There were guests with crying kids which the hotel can not be blamed for but still anoying, from 03:00 till 06:00 :-( 3. Room 215 we stayed in, if you open the window between 18:00 and 23:00 you get the kitchen fumes straight into the room.

The location is incredible, nestled right next to the ski lift which is uber handy. Great facilities (the spa is just a bliss!) and super friendly staff. Fabulous views and fantastic breakfast.

The outside terrace manager (the one taking the orders on the tablet/ iPad) was incredibly disorganized, quite arrogant and plain rude at times. Due to his poor management skills, the rest of the team appeared inefficient and messy (to no fault of their own).

The hotel has a beautiful location with a spectacular view over the mountains - the food at both the buffet as well as the a la carte menu was very good - the staff were helpful and friendly

The rooms are not very soundproof unfortunately . They are a bit overwhelmed at breakfast with taking orders - it was surprising that for a 5 star hotel we had to pay to use the spa

The hotel is beautiful, staff amazing, breakfast great and the room was very spacious.

The room was too hot and the motor from the heating was extremely loud during the night. We specifically booked this hotel for the spa, and the sauna was broken.

The staff , hotel environment the ease of ski rental & purchase of ski lift pass exceptional

On our last day there was a change of staff in the dinning room, there was a disorganised feeling.
