Too Short my vacatuons

Breakfast was good , staff were excellent, location wasn't to bad ,close to beach ,bit further from main centre

Front deck area is to small to have 2x table tennis tables & sand pits as well as trying to accommodate seating areas with overhead umbrellas as this causes groups to almost sit on top of each other to relax & sit in sun , with rowdy , loud groups spoiling the atmosphere ,, again pool area to small for amount of sun loungers , people having to squeeze through to access a pathway around one another, gym had broken machines & air hockey table very loud in bar area ,heard lots of complaints about noise

Inexpensive, close to beach and amenities. Clean, tidy and staff were very friendly. Food was varied and tasty. Something for everyone. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate and even let us stay for lunch when our flight was delayed. Free! Joanna, Rob and the curly haired lady made our stay better than we had imagined. I feel we got more than we paid for.

The only downside was some of the people staying at the hotel seemed to only be there with the intention of complaining, in order to get the hotel to give them free board. I witnessed this from a couple of guests who were just out to try and get an already well priced experience free. Unfortunately these kind of people blight many industries. Such a pity as it’s a cracking place with helpful, smiling staff. My wife booked the holiday for me and my daughter and I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. I didn’t understand why these reviews were so damning after staying there myself. Then I encountered the people trying to fleece the hotel for freebies. Don’t let these people deter you. Location, food, room, staff and price noted, I’d give this place a call anytime I’m in the area.

For its price, the hotel surprised us. First of all, I would mention the staff—extremely friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean (we had two as I had to extend the stay). The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from a very nice beach. For car travelers, there is private parking right across the street, though it is quite expensive at around 28 EUR/day.

The walls are very thin, which is probably the biggest problem with the hotel. You can literally hear people breathing in the rooms nearby, creating a dormitory-like atmosphere.

We liked the air conditioned room,it works really good.and we got what we asked if we could have the rooms next to each other.and it’s very near to the pool the kids loves swimming.the hotel is just a minute to walk to the bus station ,a 2 mins walk to the grocery store and near the beach.

The beds are not so comfortable,I couldn’t sleep our first night until 6am and it rangs the emergency alarm 2 times.the breakfast food not so good.

I like it the lokation, the hotel was clean ,evry day was the towels changed ,the Roomservice perfect, our room was cleaned evry day , the Bathroom clean ,the food and the Kitchen Service also perfect ,

It was so less pression on water in the Bathroom ,

Everything is very well organized, the staff is super kind and always available to help out with everything. The food is not excellent, but good - you get exactly what you paid for. We were extremely well treated, had an amazing time. We read the bad reviews and never imagined things could work so well! We got a room with pool view, the varanda door isolated the sound and we slept soundly. I would recommend this hotel 10/10

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. All inclusive drinks were great, cocktails, beer, vodka, rum and all the mixers. You have to pay 1euro deposit for a cup but we got 4 between us and used these the while holiday then and got our 4euro back at checkout. Snack bar was nice, toasties and chips. Breakfast was lovely, only wish they done mushrooms. Lunch and dinner was good too, lots to choose from and never went hungry. We stayed in the hotel up the hill a bit and I'm glad we did. The pool was bigger, yes it was hard to get a sunbed but that didnt bother us, towel on the ground was fine, was mostly in the pool anyway. Our room was big enough and nice size balcony for us, plenty of storage and pool view which was good. Air conditioning in the room was so nice to have as it was boiling when we were there. About a 5/10 min walk if even down to the beach and a further 10 min walk to the main strip but plenty of bars and restaurants along the seafront on the way. Dont listen to the bad reviews, it's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. We loved it :)

The big steep hill coming back in the heat but we managed and it burnt off the all inclusive food we ate lol :)

Staff was excellent(cleaning lady was adorable and restaurant staff professional). Check in/out without problem, the hotel is generally old but very, very clean, the room was big with big balcony,basic, but has everything you need. We had half board and we were positive surprised with the food(good fish, every night different grilled meat,fresh salads, pasta, pizza...). Location was good, near to the centre but not chaotic,for us, as a couple was perfect. The Lloret beach is close,5 min. walking and one big supermarket is almost in front of the hotel. There are 2 hotels, we were in 2nd one(probably a bit older than the 1st one).

The pool/pool area is small and crowded, we didn't had chance to use it, but it looks clean. The shower head was honestly terrible, it was really hard to use it couse it's old and full of stone.

Property was modern and clean. good value for money. walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. hotel was majority younger guests. I’m guessing early 20s, so if that’s not your vibe maybe not the hotel for you. we didn’t really hear much noise. although the hotel was busy.

property was at the top of quite a steep hill, not ideal if you’re not driving but as long as your don’t have to walk it several times in one day then is manageable. taxis are cheap and frequent so that’s always an option. food is awful! but lots of choice of restaurants to within walking distance.
