Very friendly personnel, excellent location, Yes, the rooms are not large -which you can expect in a convent- but the beds are good. The bathroom is small but functions OK. The dinner -included- is as you can expect: OK. The breakfast is excellent .

The sound isolation of the rooms is not particularly good

In short it - it does what it says on the tin and if solitude, nature and beauty are what you're looking for ? this is it and the reception staff were exceptional, especially when I had an issue with my car having run out of battery and needing to call out a breakdown truck, they made the whole issue of the truck being able to enter and leave the car park and help me resolve my issue with my now invalid ticket car park just not an issue - as they could have been real jobsworths and said "nothing to do with us mate ! " but they made a potentially stressful situation for me of a broken down car less stressful and I am so thankful to them for that :)

my room was small but the price reflected that and actually good value..

Quiet, clean, has everything you need for a short stay.

There was a group of loud people at night (other guests, bad luck). Some walls are really thin, I could hear the guest in the room next door talking on the phone.

The breakfast was a lovely continental breakfast available in the main restaurant space. The buildings and the land around is very well looked after and has a calm and relaxed atmosphere with views of the mountains. The pool is very good and has a dedicated member of staff looking after it, serving drinks and food.

The room had a very little window which didn't let in much light or ventilation, but added to the atmosphere of a monastery and looked over the internal courtyard so it was very quiet at night. One of the beds was very wobbly with one of its legs looking like it would fall off which was not ideal and the only socket which would fit a European standard plug was in the bathroom, but this was not a deal breaker for us.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing surroundings. Pool surrounded by trees, and botanical garden. If you go out of pic hours you enjoy it a lot.

They can improved the restaurant services. Very few staff in the restaurant for so many guests, and the organisation could be improved. They didn't have time to dispose and clean the tables during breakfast time, nor prepare them for the next guests which were waiting and didn't have clean glasses or plates some times. Self disposing stands for the plates and cutlery could help them gain time and more organization for exemple.

The location was amazing, in the middle of the mountains with nature, hiking trails and animals (goats, sheeps, birds, cats, bats...) around. The mountain views from the room and swimming pool were nice, as well as the quiet of the place. I also liked that the shutters were very dark and there was a bathtub (good pressure, warm water) and a fan. The accommodation is overall basic (nothing fancy) but with all you need for a good stay. Huge and cheap parking (4 euros for the week) , three minutes away. Awesome picnic area nearby. Breakfast was ok with coffee, fruits, hard boiled eggs and a choice or cheeses, hams, breads, good croissants... If the location is great as regards the surroundings, you should be aware that the place is quite isolated, approximately a 20-30 minutes drive (mountain road with laces) from the nearest city. You can nonetheless find a petrol station, restaurant, vending machines, plus a bakery/shop open in the morning.

I liked less the fact that there was no A/C (Mallorca can be hot in August !) and there was a noisy rooster if you slept with open windows. The kitchen could also use a little more ustensils and the mattress is ok but not super comfortable. Breakfast organization was sometimes a bit messy (lack of tableware, waiters taking food while not finished).

Very cultural and tranquil, perfect for people who like architecture and countryside. Sitting in the middle of Tramuntana mountain range, it’s very easy to get around to different beautiful villages like Soller and also to the seaside like Port de Pollença and Alcúdia if you have rented a car. Inside you’ll have the Basílica de la Mare de Déu de Lluc, cafe, restaurant, a botanical garden and a very beautiful swimming pool surrounded with trees and mountains, all just within the Santuari. Worth spending a morning or even a day to enjoy the whole area.

Swimming pool isn’t opened until 15th June… only found out when we arrive reception desk. A bit disappointed as it didn’t state clearly from both booking.com and on their official website. Recommend to double check with the hotel by email in advance.

My third time here enjoying the location at the heart of the mountains, with excellent walks and tranquil places. Busy in daytime with bus loads of visitors but never noisy. Beds comfortable and views from front rooms are lovely. Wonderfully clean and comfortable. Breakfasts good but service could be better. Evening set menu limited esp desserts. Most of those staying seem to be walkers. Cafe/bar outside very good. Bakery has limited opening hours.

Service in the restaurant at breakfasts could be improved. Coffee machines run out, and crockery sometimes needing to be replenished.

This unique hotel is a former monastery, giving it a distinct and charming atmosphere that I really appreciated. The location is excellent, with several hiking trails starting right from the property. Additionally, Sa Calobra and Cap de Formentor, two of Mallorca’s top cycling destinations, are nearby. The hotel is surrounded by interesting attractions, including a museum, a botanical garden, and a hilltop cross offering panoramic views. If you opt for the half-board option, you’ll enjoy a full-course dinner and a breakfast buffet for just 16 euros. Plus, there are several great restaurants within walking distance for more dining choices.

Very simple accommodation in an amazing environment. We went for an end-of-summer trip and were in love with the quietness of the sanctuary. We had amazing walks and explored the mountains. The botanic garden was beautiful and the history of the place (and museum) completed very well our trip. We didn't visit the swimming pool due to rain, but it seemed great.

We liked it because it was simple and had no luxuries, so very approachable, the only little point we would suggest would be some upgrades in the bathrooms. The sanctuary is open to the public and the cell (bedrooms) areas are also open to the public but there is nothing to visit there. We found some visitors (no residents) wandering around the second-floor bedrooms which was not ideal.
