Great location. Comfortable room and amenities. Very close to Atocha strain station and many cafe s and restaurants. Staff are very professional and helpful. Great value for money. This was our second time staying at this property. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

This hotel has large tour groups to getting an elevator in the morning would be challenging.

The good stuff: modern, clean, onsite restaurants, good buffet breakfast, a/c room with a view (all the usual facilities eg minibar), walking distance from Atocha station (from which you can bus or metro to international airport), lift, friendly staff, 12 o'clock checkout (you may be able to negotiate a later time). Nearby restaurants, small convenience and large supermarket close by.

Some small gripes: no drinking water in room, no electric jug with coffee tea provisions. Not the hotels fault but watch out in Atocha. Had a phone stolen in the huge crowds at arrival. Didn't notice the theft from backpack for hours. Good service from local police on reporting theft.

Good location, several Madrid highlights within walking distance. Within a few hundred metres of the main park in Madrid. Two Metro stations 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. Room serviced everyday. Managed to find the hotel without too much trouble after transferring form the airport to Madrid by Metro, using an old school street map.

Nothing really. The hotel is located on a busy road, so some traffic noise, but this likely to be the case in most Madrid Hotels. Could hardly hear the traffic noise with the window closed. Hotel Wi-Fi Pin code changed frequently, which was a slight inconvenience, but when connected Wi-Fi worked ok.

The hotel's big attraction is that it is located close-ish to Atocha, and a short walk or bus ride to the Prado and the Retiro. It also has a convenient restaurant and a helpful reception. The rooms are comfortable and they are well insulated from street noise.

While you don't hear a lot of street noise, the soundproofing between other rooms is pretty unfortunate. Expect to hear your neighbours' conversations, tvs, and footsteps.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke completely fluent english. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower had very hot water and good pressure. The location was convenient for the train station and accessing the city centre by metro, while also allowing a more "local" experience in the nearby non-touristy neighbourhood.

The room wasn't soundproof and there was some noise from the hallway / neighbouring rooms, but this was minimal and other guests were polite.

The staff were good, but one of them, Eduardo Gullen Moreno (not sure about the spelling) went far beyond the others to help us find the best Spanish restaurants, areas of attraction, areas to be careful in dealing with strangers, directons to get to our destinations, and open pharmacies when almost all were closed during the holiday on past Thursday. None of the others were are as very helpful as Eduardo.

The qualitly of dinner in the restaurant was not worth its price and was not good.

Staff was great front desk and house service.

No coffee maker really? First hotel I have stayed in the last decade without coffee maker in the room. Also we changed our flight to leave early so we asked since room was paid for and not staying full time could they add breakfast as courtesy? nothing sorry enjoy your stay 🤷‍♂️ but overall nice hotel good service just would have been nice touch. We will book differently next year using free cancelation in case plans change like they did.

Clean room, a view! Good location except for roadworks which are out of hotel’s control. Near to Metro. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice. Cafeteria staff excellent, very friendly and helpful

Mould in shower needs attention. Machines for dispensing jam at breakfast are virtually impossible to use and should be done away with. Despite notices telling us to save water, our towels and sheets were changed every day except one when we asked for them to be left. This is not saving precious water!

A large room, comfortable bed, bathtub included with nice toiletries, very clean, nice reception area with good concierge service, walking distance to Atocha station that made it easy to get anywhere

It was a bit warm in the room and air-conditioning temperature could not be changed (always 22 degrees), later we found out that the air-conditioning facilities were switched off and only heating was working (this is in Oct). Opening the balcony door allowed fresh cool air in the room but it was noisy then outside.

The location was great, near the bus stop and a few minutes from the metro station. The room was big, clean and comfortable, the bed was done daily. Breakfast was good, diverse and fresh. We had sandwiches at the bar and were delicious. The receptionists were polite, smiling all the time and willing to help.

The bathroom and the furniture were OK but they could have been better. Nevertheless, I would return to the same hotel next time and I fully recommend staying here.
