Hidden gem near Madrid airport. We have stayed in many hotels next to the airport, Maydrit was a very pleasant surprise! Newly renovated, large rooms with perfect climate control, excellent shower, comfortable beds (excellent mattress, pillows and linen). Amazing staff!! And at the reception, and in the restaurant, and even the shuttle driver! Very tasty, high quality and not expensive restaurant. We hope that all this will last for a long time, we have already booked two more nights for our next stops in Madrid airport.

The location was great. The metro was only a few blocks away. I was able to go into the center of Madrid easily. I only had one day lay over and was able to take advantage of this. The room was spacious and very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. Taking the shuttle back to the airport was fantastic and a nice savings.

I could not use the shuttle service when I arrived. It was difficult to contact the hotel prior to arrival. Once I did, I was told to contact them again after I had picked up my luggage to see if the shuttle was near me and available. I was not able to make the second contact and had to take a taxi to the hotel.

Huge room, very spacious and helpful to pack our luggage. Close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive. There's a subway station about a 10-minute walk from the hotel as well. They offer private parking at a 17 EUR cost per day, however they also advised us that the street parking was available, with no parking meter or hour restrictions. Great overhead shower, walk-in cabin, great space and able to open a window to let the steam out. Comfortable bed, pillows were OK, which is an improvement over other hotels. Has a luggage balance at the cost of 1 EUR (only coins accepted), however it's extremely accurate. Light switches had the option to turn on specific ones, all of them or turn off all at once, easy to use.

Breakfast hours felt a little late for a hotel close to the airport (starts at 7 AM). Not sure if they have options for people with very early flights. Bathroom has a make-up table, but not any lights to illuminate your face, plus the make-up mirror is on another end, next to the sink. Bathroom sink was very dirty, not sure if they were rests of food after people brush their teeth, but they were very visible.

I recently stayed at this hotel near Madrid Airport, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Everything about this hotel was top-notch. First, the free airport shuttle was a standout feature. The shuttle was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly convenient, making it so easy to get to and from the airport without any hassle. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained in every way. From the spacious rooms to the thoughtful amenities, it was clear that they prioritize guest satisfaction. If you're looking for a great place to stay near Madrid Airport, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was very close to the airport, the staff was welcoming and nice, and spoke English, the hotel has a nice cafe, lobby and restaurant in the lobby and the room had a big nice, comfortable king size bed, nice shower, nice bathtub and they had the roll away bed set up for our 6 year old when we arrived. Felt safe, comfortable and happy for our one-night stay before our international flight the next day. Was grateful to have such a nice place to get a good nights sleep before our flights. Secure Parking garage available on site for a fee which we found worth it.

Very large room and huge bathroom. Good restaurant on premises and good breakfast buffet. they also supply free transfers to and from airport. (Important to note, if you are going to use their airport transportation system, you really need to reserve your place on a particular shuttle before you get to the airport -:otherwise, there might not be room for you on that bus.

Although this is a modern hotel, with all the modern conveniences, it is starting to show a bit of wear around the edges. The room was clean enough in all the most important places, like the bathroom, the bed, etc. But, it also looked as if it had not been thoroughly dusted recently.

Room was a superb space , relaxing lounge and separate bedroom we had the suite 4th floor spacious with everything you wanted bed was extremely comfy and the shower facilities were fab , 3 different jets and very spacious air con was a lovely addition being as it was very hot .pool was small but much needed for a cool down ; Would definitely stay here again .

Small thing we didn’t like - Being English we like tea , no kettle only coffee machine . Nothing else .

Superb hotel and great location for airport - nice breakfast too. Secure parking also.

The restaurant looked very nice. We ordered 3 chicken curry and 2 Angus burgers. The curries came with very little sauce. I requested more sauce as they were virtually dry to be told no. I am guessing these were frozen meals as that a Is what they tasted like and would explain the NO to the sauce and the bland taste. Burgers were meant to be well done but were not. Use the hotel but eat out and avoid 110 euros for 3 frozen ready- meals and two burgers

Shuttle was speedy and efficient, just a few minutes from the airport. Friendly helpful driver. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom area sectioned off the room, with a good shower and quality shampoo/shower gel. Evening meal was very tasty, good spread at breakfast. The hotel is in a residential area, with a park nearby, which was ideal for a walk in the fresh air, with lots of dog walkers, young girls pushing prams and a generally very safe feel. There was a metro station near the hotel for access to central Madrid.

The staff are all really kind, polite, helpful and charming. I love it as well that there are always at least two persons at reception and staff everywhere. The hotel is very clean and everything is designed for comfort. Very silent, too. No traffic or rowdy people partying!! It's very conveniently situated close to the airport, with a shuttle service, plus a tube and bus station close by.

A very very silly detail: the jam dispensers (all three of them) at the breakfast buffet don't work. To the point that it's practically impossible to have toast with butter and jam. Ridiculous but there you go. I had breakfast two days running, and this happened on both days. The room had a Nespresso machine and coffee is on the house. But...no bottled water or tea. That would have been nice.
