For 2 people, the room was very comfortable, you didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was a good size. The food at the restaurant was very good.. It was nice that they had a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning.

We emailed the hotel before our arrival to let them know when we were coming & they replied that all we had to do was to call them & their shuttle would pick us up. When we got to the airport & called them they said we can't pick you up, you have to wait an hour for the next shuttle. What they told us in their reply was not true. They should have been honest.

It was relatively well situated to the conference I was attending, although I did need to take a bus, as it was too hot for the 40 minute walk. It was located in a pleasant neighborhood with several restaurants very close, as well as a convenience store across the street. Metro stop was close by, although the bus I needed was about a half a mile away (nice walk through the neighborhood). The Metro stop was about a half hour ride from the city center, but didn't require transfers to the Opera stop. The breakfast buffet was good with gluten free bread and muffins, although a bit expensive. The hotel was less than 10 min by taxi from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle, but if you have a 6 a.m. flight, you'll need to call a taxi, as the shuttle didn't start until 5. It was very hot in Madrid at the time, and the hotel AC was very good.

Nothing major, although would have liked to have had an early morning shuttle to the airport.

The hotel offers transport from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. And you can actually use this option, but you have to be patient. Although you get a message with information on how to use the service, unfortunately it doesn't quite work. You have to wait for the bus or ask when it will be coming and unfortunately wait. It doesn't come on demand. The rooms in the hotel are a good size, the beds are big and comfy, the windows open, everything works, there is even a mini bar in the room and snacks and drinks for free. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even hand lotion. In the summer you can use the swimming pool. And a metro station to the city center is 4 minutes on foot. Very nice hotel

Rooms are clean, hot showers, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was on time. The driver made sure he was clear on where everyone needed to be dropped off.

Although you check in online ahead of time, there is still a check in process at the front desk which seems to negate the time you took filling everything out ahead of arrival. Front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. We thought maybe she was having a bad day, but then the morning breakfast person had the same rude manners. Would be nice to have dinner available prior to 8p, especially when having travelled an extensive period of time.

Wonderful variety for breakfast , allowed early check in , airport shuttle excellent, staff friendly and bilingual, room very clean and bathroom towels and bed linens very good quality. Lovely and safe neighborhood to walk around. Would recommend to fellow travelers needing a hotel near the airport.

Given the cost of the room , complimentary water and fluids in the room would have been appreciated. However this was a a very minor issue. A small map with the nearby grocery and restaurants would be helpful.

Generally mostly everything was fine and met expectations.

Pool was closed and my 7yr old had been really looking forward to that but explanation by staff was understandable and didn't really affect our stay negatively. However, what did annoy us and have a bit of a negative effect on our stay was the fact that I'd specifically asked for a large double bed but instead got two single beds pushed together which was fairly uncomfortable. My 7yr old son was unhappy with this as he's accustomed sleeping with his Dad. I didn't want to make a fuss but I do think that providers need to be mindful of this in future as double beds are requested for a reason.

Easy check in, English speaking, shuttle was on time and efficient, pretty quiet, room was clean, even the floor. There is a mini fridge in the room. Dinner is served at 930 in the restaurant, we didn't eat there though. We went next door to eat but I wouldn't recommend that restaurant for more than beers. There are others in the area, though. There is a small supermarket with your basic needs directly across the street. I have to travel a few times a year out of Madrid and I would stay here again. We have been on a search for a good hotel that we can return to everytime. I dont think this hotel was perfect but I would be content to stay there again in the future.

We tried to cool the room down with the a/c in the room but from when we checked in at 430 to when we left the next morning at 940, the room only cooled 2 degrees. It wasn't stifling, at about 76 f° but it also wasn't cool enough to combat a very warm Madrieno July day. So, we were never able to really cool down. The shower was a bit moldy too. Not terribly but you can tell where attention is paid to cleaning and maintainence and where its not. I also believe we were missing some amenities.

The shuttle picked us up from the airport terminal and took us to the hotel. The room was big and so was the bathroom. The metro station is a 4 minute walk away from the hotel, so you can visit the center of Madrid if you want very easily. We had a 16 hour layover and were able to visit many places in the city with the metro and still were able to get back to the hotel and get some sleep.

AirPort Shuttle starts at 5am and we had a flight at 6am, so we weren’t able to use it. The lock on the bathroom door was wonky and we were afraid of using it and getting trapped.

The staff were great - helpful, friendly, professional. I chose the hotel for the location and the complimentary airport shuttle. It is a block away from the Metro green line that goes straight into the most popular areas. Super easy! The desk clerk gave us a good tip on the Metro card that saved us $. The breakfast had a lot on offer, all very fresh and attractively laid out, I was impressed! The room was spotless and comfortable. I booked it again for our return trip.

Nothing the hotel could do. Even though it’s a quiet neighborhood you can still hear street noise fairly clearly, people talking etc. so I don’t think it’s soundproofed well, but it won’t stop me from coming back.

The facility is very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. Oir room had a beautiful view overlooking the city. The room was small but very attractive. I like that there is food available in the hotel and proximity to the airport is great. The neighborhood is also very nice. I also like that parking is available and that there is a free shuttle to the airport.

I needed a wheelchair to use in the hotel and they don't have one available. Every good hotel should have a loaner. Breakfast buffets are too much food and more expensive than we need. I wish they had a coffee bar with just a few food items to purchase. Everything else was great. The rooms need a luggage rack. We had two medium sized suitcases we've used to travel for 3 months, and there was only room for one on the desk. I had to work from mine on the floor.
