When we arrived we called the number listed at the door and were met right away. Our host gave us our keys, brought us to our room, gave a quick overview and made sure we had the wifi password and door code. The room was spacious, clean and and two small balconies (couldn't sit on them but provided great airflow). The bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The rooftop pool area was great, a bit too cold to be in the pool, but we enjoyed the rooftop area and lounge chairs. The bed was big enough for two friends to share and pretty comfortable.

Overall loved our stay here! The room was a little noisy at night but not enough to keep us from falling asleep. The pillows were a bit small but still pretty comfortable.

Self catering studio flat. Small but adequate for two people maximum. Huge terrace with secure and exclusive use. Swimming pool on roof via two separate lifts. BBQ / pizza oven nearby but it appears not to be available to residents. Best feature is location in the heart of the old city.. Seconds away from fine food and drinkfrom the widest range of afes, bars and restaurants. Great for all ages. Brilliant nightlife if you need it but apartments quiet enough if you don't.

Nothing to dislike

Everything is perfect, the location, the property is clean and spacious.

Only one thing and it’s not very important (to me), the swimming pool on the roof is very dirty, i found the whole roof not well maintained.

The central location was ideal - meant it was very easy to get to the sites I wanted to see. It was relatively quiet even though it was near a lot of the main attractions - just a few wheelie bins, cleaning trucks and one argument to be heard during the night. Lots of facilities - microwave, two hobs, a fridge, a toaster, kettle so it's possible to make some meals rather than go to restaurants. There's also a fold-out sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to four which would make sense for travellers on smaller budgets.

The shower was too small, I could just about turn around in it and if you moved too much you could knock the water knob and end up with either a much colder or hotter shower. The door on the shower also needs maintenance as it kept getting stuck. I was also told there would be a weekly clean of the apartment on the information leaflet, that didn't happen during my 10 day stay. You should also get your own soap as the one provided was very small. Finally the WiFi could be unreliable though if you switch off the router and switch it on again that usually fixed it.

This was a superb location and I loved the rooftop area and pool

An oven in the kitchen would be nice

Centrally located in the old town, it is seconds away from lovely cafés for brunch/lunch and minutes from the square, restaurants, the cathedral and shops. Lovely pool area on the roof where there were loungers and also a couple of tables if you wanted to eat. Friendly owner/manager answered all questions quickly through booking, was able to let me in early when I arrived and cleaned the pool area daily. Also very accommodating at check out. Cleaning staff were also friendly. Studio was comfortable with super air con, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and couch at the tv.

Nothing

The location was superb, right on the edge of the historic centre, close to all the restaurants and tapas bars and close to the railway station and a taxi rank. The swimming pool on the top floor was a wonderful luxury at the end of a long day of exploring Malaga. The apartment was clean and the bed/matteress was really comfortable. Facilities were available for making coffee, a fridge, hob, kettle and a washing machine (that was unfortunately broken). Wifi was good. The apartment was also quite quiet which was nice considering it was in the middle of the city.

Unfortunately, there was a smell of sewage in the apartment. We eventually traced this to the washing machine that was broken and could not drain so full of sewage like water. This is easily remedied but not in the time that we were staying there. There was also a smell of sewage in the bathroom but we could not trace the source here. 2 small bottles of water were left in the fridge which was nice and 5 coffee pods for the coffee machine. As there were 2 of us for 3 nights - I felt that they really could have left 6 coffee pods! It was kind to have left anything but perhaps a bit more thought needed.

The bed is very comfortable, the pillows and duvet are comfortable, the sofa is comfortable, you have everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine, drying rack on the small balcony. Very good area, you are close to many main points in Malaga. Supermarket close to accommodation. The beautiful roof terrace, with a swimming pool (open all year but not heated), deckchairs and toilet.

Just one thing : Internet with weak signal

Spacious clean very well located. Roof terrace a lovely addition on a sunny day.

Needs new shower head holder as it didn’t hold in correct position for showering . A dish towel and a small amount of of washing up liquid would be useful and a plug for the bathroom sink to facilitate shaving. We booked parking thankfully we had hired a small car . The property need to explain when offering parking what it entails as not for the faint hearted. Very narrow streets very small lift to basement parking this needs to be highlighted. However the really lovely gentleman that met us couldn’t have been more helpful as he helped us fit in the lift .

It’s central location it was compact and comfortable and modern

I felt we could have had a little more interaction with the gentleman who gave us a key upon arrival to show us around the apartment and acknowledge any apartment damages prior to arrival and to confirm an overview and an explanation of when we were due to leave as to the procedures as if anyone struggled with reading this information was on a laminated sheet of paper in apartment.
