Very clean and the location is fantastic, near the harbour and there's a beach very nearby, lots to see and do in the area, ample of of places to eat and drink and shop, highly recommend this place and will be coming again to this same aparthotel.

Hard to say, I think it would have been great if you could just use the indoor pool and steam room facilities without having to book for a treatment. Would have been nice to have blinds instead of net type curtains, our room was dark during the day only because it's facing a just walls, (other rooms had fabulous light and views) you have to switch the lights on to get changed and with see through curtains I didn't feel I had enough privacy. This is not say I wouldn't stay again, it's a beautiful place.

The other hotel where we left the luggage has a lounge where you can stay with a bit of freebies. The room are great and some freebies😍🤩

It was misleading as the picture shows with indoor pool but when you already booked, later on you will received a message saying there's an additional fee if you use the pool 😁 my booking was not refundable so nothing I can do. There's no lounge or pool or spa where we stayed.

Location amazing . In quiet corner in centre .Lots of amenities near by.

I can't criticise the apartments .I've used them before because l rate them highly.

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed at a beautiful mini apartment. Other than the great esthetics of the hotel, I found the location perfect. The street was very central yet quiet. Within 5 minutes walking distance from all main attractions. We had a fully functional kitchen and great welcoming goodies (coffee, biscuits, muffins, jam, etc). The apartment was also extra clean and fresh! Staff are exceptional. Very professional and helpful. Genuine and attentive to their guests. They made our stay amazing. Definitely recommended!

There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

Bathroom lacked storage/ shelf for personal necessities.The spar/ pool was 25 euro and hour. Access to the pool should have been included for guests. Our apartment was internal facing we should have paid for a better apartment that would have been lighter.

there is nothing i don’t like, just the fact that someone was making noise close to my room and was smell of food, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Also, the fact there is no way of parking but i understand because is city centre…and the fact that you have to pay for swimming pool, i don’t find it so fair, as i always had pool wherever i went, for free.

A/C didn’t work properly

The one bedroom apartment was just right for us as a couple. And had all the facilities we needed.

Don’t be fooled by the first photo being of the pool area. There is a little pool and spa area in the basement but it’s has to be pre booked by the hour and it’s often booked several days ahead. I saw this from previous reviews so booked 3 spa/pool slots and 2 massages well ahead. The massages were ok. But the first spa hour the sauna was so cold we could touch the stones. They turned it on but by the end of our hour it was only tepid. The next time it was on and ok. But the third spa hour it wasn’t on again. So we cancelled that one. I have to say that the lady on reception was lovely and sorted out refunding the money immediately.
