Everything was amazing. From the begining staff welcomed in a very natural nice way. Breakfast was splendid, variety of everything that I even had a mental conflict on what to eat or what not to eat. The room was so nice. The only thing is that it was ready a bit late but that was not a problem as we left everything in another big room for the lugages. Staff were very helpful with everything we needed it. The swimming pool was big, clean and the caring of the grass was fantastic. Hotel resemble a British military grad quarter of 18th century, so elegant and well decorated. Also not to forget the terrace of the room which faces a communal square that leads to the swimming pool.Right in front of the beach with amazing views of Mahón port bay which could also be enjoyed from the terrace of the bar.

On the first day of our stay my husband broke his leg very badly while we were at a wedding ceremony. I could not find him after the ceremony as he had collapsed in a public toilet. I went back to the hotel where they rang the hospitals and the police. Ernestina - the manager then drove me back to the market place. I ended up having to care for a totally immobile patient in the hotel for 6 days. The staff could not have been more helpful or caring. Ernestina is a major asset to the hotel as are Sylvia and Tony.

In the circumstances nothing.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Being so close to the harbour was great and being within walking distance of the main part of town was great. Breakfast were good and the swimming pool is very nice

The food in the hotel is ok. Breakfast were good but I wouldn't recommend staying in the hotel for dinner. There are too many great restaurants on the waterfront.

reception lady outstanding she sorted our lovely junior suite as we were with the Ramblers Worldwide for the 1st week aand we had booked the 2nd and had a junior suite booked so we had the same lovely room for both weeks. Food very good-great man doing the breakfast eggs!

One minor moan-the shower had a small leak which let water onto the bathroom floor.We mopped it up with the floor shower mat after our showers.

My son’s flight was cancelled last minute near midnight, I booked a room through booking.com as it mention 24/7 reception. Called from UK and spoke to reception and asked to check if booking had gone through. Reception confirmed booking and son made way to hotel. Although he only spent 7.5hrs at hotel I was so grateful he managed to get somewhere to stay…breakfast included which was a bonus!

Nothing to complain about just a shame my son didn’t get longer to enjoy the facilities!

We had a lovely comfortable room, with a dual aspect and balcony. The bathroom was a lovely size and the shower was fabulous. We really liked the green toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice of hot and cold options. I also liked that the emphasis was on locally produced products. There was no excess packaging for butter or yogurt pots. The hotel location was lovely with a wonderful view of the Port of Mahon and in easy walking distance of the port And old town. I am sure we will be back to visit Menorca again.

Excellent hotel, food superb, staff very helpful and pleasant. Lovely relaxed stay. Nice and quiet in the rooms, lovely terrace with superb views over the harbour. will return next year.

Hotel brilliant, nothing we didn't like. There are a number of steps (possibly 80), down to the harbour front, there is a lift, which you might need.

Wonderful location, fantastic views, very clean, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, good breakfast (included in our stay), good buffet dinner, comfortable room, clean pool. Hotel is in a quiet location but only twenty min (approx.) walk into Mahon. This hotel appears to have a lot of return visitors and a loyal clientele. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is a little tired and needs upgrading in some areas but, given that we’ve all been through a pandemic with no one travelling or spending money, I’m sure the hotel will address this soon as they can. I would like the hotel to reiterate the ‘no smoking’ rule to guests, where possible. Despite being advertised as a no smoking hotel, some guests were intent on skulking around like teenagers and having ‘a crafty fag’.

Staff were great as was the breakfast, location, and pool area. The hotel just had a very warm atmosphere that made for a wonderful stay.

Our room was a little bit tired from a decor standpoint but had everything we needed and a lovely view.
