The bed was very comfortable. Location is near lots of restaurants. Aircon very good.

There were building works taking place across the road during my stay which were noisy from 8am. Plus the road is noisy with motorbikes and sports cars. Daily cleaning was at an extra cost and not included. Plus you have to take all your rubbish out on the last day.

Modern apartment equipped with all mod cons in residential area close to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and cafes. Everything was within a short walking distance. The area, San Pedro, seemed like an up and coming area and is conveniently located to explore the area. 10 minute taxi to Puerto Banus was only €6. Local bus to Marbella takes about 20mins and was a few euros. We took the ferry back from Marbella to Puerto Banus for €10. We had a slight issue with the coffee machine and staff replaced in within 10 minutes ……fabulous service.

They took a 400 euro deposit for each apartment booked and advised that if makeup was on the towels or the rubbish not taken out upon departure, you wouldn’t get it back. 6 girls trying not to get makeup on a white towel and at risk of losing 400 euros was a bit extreme.

Good location close to all amenities. Modern and spacious. Good size pool, plenty of beds when we were there and very well maintained with lifeguard. We were a family group with a very young baby on a short break to attend a wedding. The staff were extremely helpful especially as the baby car seat did not get put on our flight and they arranged a hired one swiftly. Also very helpful ordering taxis for the wedding day. We were very grateful for there help.

Can’t really complain about anything. The two twin bedrooms had no mirrors but I have found this before in rental properties. A few more hangers would be helpful too. Only minor things.

Keys and underground parking fob left in lock box. Codes and directions sent to us via text. Received spare keys the next day at reception.

Underground parking is way too tight and not friendly for bigger cars. Took us a few mins to find the underground parking. Then later on we learned we could've parked on the street and not paid anything for the underground.

Two bed apartment was in an excellent location, close to the old town and nice walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants on your doorstep. The pool has limited shade and there was only one umbrella but when I asked for more, the staff provided 3 more the next day.

Our apartment was over the opening for the underground car park and it was very loud at night when cars where coming and going.

The apartments were incredibly modern and fully equipped. It was very close to the beach as we as centre of Marbella for the nightlife. The staff were incredibly proactive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend both for families, couples or groups.

Everything was great. But they could maybe work to secure better pricing for airport transport as we found much cheaper elsewhere.

Really modern and clean, I have been going to the area of San Pedro since I was a child, our first time staying here but location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and beach

Not a lot of landscaping or gardens, very much a city apartment block. We had to sign a contract with a long list of rules, which initially turned us off but I can understand why it’s done.

The apartment was really easy to access in a quiet area of San Pedro. Communication with the rental property was EXCELLENT before our arrival ( we were delayed 10 hours) and whilst we were staying In San Pedro via WhatsApp. We also paid to use the underground car park. The beds were SOOO comfy. A/C was great. WiFi was available in the apartment and lower balcony. Modern bathrooms. Loved using the roof terrace to sunbathe. Great walk down to the beach ( only 10 mins away) Also able to walk into Banus or short Taxis ride ( €7-€12 depending on the traffic which in the peak season is busy)

Perhaps have a WiFi booster so you can use the WiFi on the roof? The apartment has 2 sun beds but with 3 sharing one person didn’t have bed. It would also benefit from being able to use Outdoor plastic glasses perhaps.

The apartments we had were fabulous. They were very clean and modern and very spacious. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Be sure to read all the rules in regards to fines of the security deposit before signing. I did not read through fully and ended up nearly getting a fine for not bringing down our rubbish bins on check out but once I spoke with staff on check out they did not charge
