Excellent quality property, well maintained and decorated with style. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne or water, and the reception staff walked us to our room. I have visited many 4- and 5-star properties in Spain; for a 4-star property, it is among the best I have stayed at, highly recommended.

Dinner buffet, is not recommended. Dinner was not included in our rate, at €18 per person, it was not expensive but the quality and taste were not at par with the rest of our experience of the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked the balcony and that there was a clothesline to dry clothes. Close to the beach and bus stop. The food was very good and lots of choices and variety.

VERY VERY Noisy. Also, the room was very hot and had no air conditioning. The front desk said they could not turn it on because of the law but the rest of the hotel felt cool but my room was extremely hot. To cool the room off I had to leave the door open but the music playing outside was SO loud until after midnight made it hard to get a night's sleep. No coffee in the room. And 20E to rent a tea kettle. The coffee machines in the restaurant did not work very well either.

The food was exceptional and high standard, restaurant was very clean, perfect.

Unfortunately the grass was uncut around the pool area, the pool was dirty with oil floating on top. Bed around the pool was plentiful and comfy

Clean, spacious hotel, not too big where your just a number, plenty of choice for breakfast. Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool area with sound of bird song. Good bar area and pretty terrace. Guest toilets very clean

No information is displayed with reference to entertainment in the evenings. I missed the Flamenco on Friday. No plan of hotel or grounds to find your way around. I noticed tea and coffee provided in the afternoons in the adjoining seating area to bar, but wasn't sure if this was just for all inclusive guests. No decent beach close by. Bit of a walk to any shops or restaurants.

Couldn't get away from intrusive music especially around the pool. There should be some quiet areas near the pool.

They were very friendly and the bar staff was excellent if you need kettle or iron you just ask at reception and you got it also the TV was spanish but ask at reception and in minutes the bloke came and changed cable and showed us how to change spanish channels into English also at reception they gave you a map of area and bus time table so you need to ask.nice touch at breakfast was the cava free so you can help yourself I would recommend this hotel

There was nothing even at the bar I wanted a cocktail but the one I wanted was sin alcohol so I ask at the bar staff I could I have rum in and they done that no problem

Stayed there for our our anniversary. Check-in was very smooth with a welcome glass of cava. In our room was a bottle of cava and a lovely welcome card. The room was spacious with an enormous bed. Balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the pool and sea. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with plenty of choices. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool, no problems with reserved towels. The staff were all very courteous and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, reasonable size room and terrace. Spacious and comfortable inside and outside lounge areas with excellent bar service. Very large choice of food available at mealtimes. Adequate car parking.

Large bath/shower but difficult to get in or out of (especially challenging for the elderly or disabled) or even reach taps because of large immoveable glass panels. Window curtains impossible to close fully thus allowing exterior light into room all night. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been appreciated.

Breakfast and Evening food excellent...great choice, nicely prepared, good presentation, extensive choice. Pool delightful, environment superb with beautiful "easy listening" music, and great Aqua Gym, Room and Terrance superb, (Pity no shade or umbrella(s)). Bed-Room and bathroom fine. Overall, hotel was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is somewhat isolated at the end on Mojacar and could enhance guests experience with a shuttle 5 or 6 time daily to centre of Mojacar. There were two saunas and a steam room in the Spa area, but only one sauna working, but no timer and no hands on the main clock. The charge just to have a sauna of €15 was a bit steep although it also includes the spa pools...but very inflexible negotiation policy. NIght-time entertainment not great. No information or leaflets or activities suggestions or lists of restaurants etc at reception which would have been useful and helpful.

Everything! Staff, food, room, pool - love 🥰 the spa is well worth a visit. Very handy for unprepared Brits that all staff speak English (we will do better next time) and we can’t wait to return in the future. A bus runs every half hour from Mojacar until midnight and stops at the bottom of the road to the hotel. We had a car for day trips and loved exploring the local area. Had a great time playing games with the other guests 🕺🏻

Being able to cast from phone to the tv, or use any of the smart tv apps, would have been amazing - but we were out and about most nights so did not mind
