Stayed here for 7 days arrived late at night but check in was excellent Room was lovely not modern but very clean and 2 king size beds in it which I didn’t expect Breakfast was good although very busy The hotel is spotless they never stop cleaning The area if hotel was a good walk from commercial centre which was fine for us but anybody with walking difficulties would find it hard

The hotel has beautiful pool and the palm trees around the pool. Rooms ere big and beds were comfortable. The staffs were really friendly. A lot of Spanish guests and few English people. which I love because it gave me the chance to connect with the people of Spain. very open minded people.

The food was the worst compared to other hotels I've been to which also offers buffet. this hotel gaves the same kind of food a whole 10 days. it felt like eating in a camp. And they don't offer free water which is common is some hotels. I even chewed sand in my food on 2 occasions. The cleaners cleaned the room everyday, but it lacks proper cleaning which should be done once in a while before someone new check in. I removed so many dusts from all the corners in the room including the picture on the wall above my bed. The dust i found in that room was a lot. after that I enjoyed my stay.

Having owned an apartment close by we know the area very well. The location is beautiful, a short walk to the beach and restaurants in the area. The reception is friendly and the staff on the whole were amazing. restaurant staff were fantastic. The room was large and visited daily by the cleaners. They could maybe dust the woodwork more as it was thick in dust but on the whole they did a fine job. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality and varied with a hot bar with staff cooking food freshly, however as in most places the buffet food was often not hot enough for us . Overall a great stay in a beautiful location with great staff. Well done Best Mojacar.

The lower floor bar service is very bad. It's very slow and the staff here were not as friendly on the whole as the other staff. This should be looked at in my opinion. The queuing system is ridiculous.

The location was excellent. Great value for money. Breakfast was exceptional considering it was included in the price.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaners are all polite. The place is bery clean. The food is good, though some a bit salty, loads of variety.

There was one lady at the bar named Rocea, abrupt and rude. I think she did not like or enjoy her job.

Nice big room, comfy bed, very clean and had a nice sea view.

The bar area lacked atmosphere, it was noisy with children running around and people playing cards. Not somewhere where you could have a quiet drink. This hotel is well suited to families and people who like hotel entertainment. We found the music too loud and intrusive while we were lying by the pool in the mornings. There was only one restaurant nearby which meant we had to get a bus to find a restaurant for dinner every night.

Spacious room, great balcony with view. Free parking at front of hotel. Comfortable beds.

No tea making facilities in the room. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

the hotel is located in a very good place.. the pool is excellent, the sea is a few meters from the hotel, the selection of food and the food was very tasty and always beautifully prepared, the staff was very nice, kind, smiling.. we were very satisfied.

the staff at the hotel do not speak English well, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate, especially when going to eat ... and the program - the animator was very good, dancing in the pool, the evening program, we were sorry that we did not understand, because everything was in Spanish, it would have been good to include more english because the hotel is very popular and international..but overall i highly recommend.

Being all inclusive guests, Majority of the restaurant staff were exceptional in helping when we struggled to communicate as we only speak english, which was very difficult in a spanish only, speaking hotel! A couple of them spoke a little English and we were so grateful that they were patient with us while we used our phones to translate 🙏 The pool area was lovely. Everything very clean and well maintained. The room was nice and our balcony with the sea view was amazing. So big with loungers and a beautiful view. The food was nice..always plentiful and lots of choice. Could cater a little better for children though.

On our 1st day we had real issues with communication at the bar and restaurant. Not much information available, no drinks menus, wasn't helpful with nothing in English. Entertainment all in spanish. Unable to participate in activities. Felt quite isolated as English guests..other than when I'm the restaurant where they made the effort to communicate and go our of their way to help 😊

Food excellent, staff very helpful, rooms large and beds comfortable. Good sized balcony, double glazing worked well to stop noise from outside. Good parking available, plenty of sunbeds around pool. Lovely quiet area of Mojácar playa.

Internet kept dropping out. A lot of tiles around pool area were broken, and the rooms could do with an update- which was being done to the sister hotel next door.
