Lovely hotel, very central location, right near the beach and very close to nice restaurant’s and bars which were on the same street as the hotel. This area was very popular in the evening’s with the sun setting on that side of the hotel. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent, 10% discount to guests. Centre of town was a 2 minute walk away. Parking was outside the main entrance of the hotel. The room was spacious with bath and shower, very comfortable bed also English channels available on the TV. Very good breakfast served either in the restaurant or on the street terrace. Very helpful staff, all speaking good English. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. wonderful stay.

Location as great. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very very expensive to park a motorbike. The hotel charged 25 euros for on street parking for one bike, one night! Breakfast wasn’t great. I’d like to say the fruit platter was poorly presented but there was no presentation. Literally fruits dumped on a plate.

We had the deluxe bedroom with sea view and balcony. A beautiful room with an amazing view

We didn’t have a long mirror in the room which is important for 2 ladies. Although breakfast was included, if I wanted it brought to the room I had to pay full price. But I could collect it myself and take it up.

The location is superb and the hotel is modern and very clean. Good A/C and shower. Had a seaview room. Mineral water was delivered every evening to the room, which was a nice touch.

As with most European hotels, no kettle, just a coffee pod machine. Not an issue for us but some guests may require.

The food & staff were great. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

The room was small. Very little space between the wardrobe and chest of drawers at the foot of the bed. Had to open wardrobe to use mirror. Mirrored slide doors wood have been handy

The location, view, staff and facilities were excellent. Right across from the beach. Good restaurant in the hotel. Rooms 401 and 402 are the best, with balconies and sea view.

Excellent staff helpfulness, attitude, kindness etc. The guest WiFi wasn't working on my phone (although it was fine on my wife's) so they set me up fuss free on their work one. Breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea was delightful. The Manager rode a Ducati Multistrada 1260 - always a bonus to look at beautiful art outside the hotel every day!

If you looked closely you'd see that the corners of the bathroom and main room could have been cleaned better.

el desayuno - Our waiter Clemente was lovely, very efficient and professional. The quality and selection of the food was fantastic. All of the staff were so lovely and we liked that it was a family run hotel. We would highly recommend the Sand restaurant, the food was fresh and delicious. If you stay in the hotel you get a 10 percent discount in the restaurant.

We thought Clemente & Bilyana were wonderful. Very hard working and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming to us. A wonderful stay. Our room made it even more special. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and sea.

Very welcoming. Very helpful staff. One member was particularly welcoming when we arrived; and helpful when booking a taxi and showing us where to stand and wait for it - road by the hotel entrance was closed due to the fiesta.
