Excellent location of the hotel. A wonderful place with a pool on the roof and a view of the square, mountains, sea, city! The girl at the front desk was very friendly, she gave us tips about attractions and restaurants, she answered all our many questions (I have never met a nicer girl at the front desk than her in any hotel ;) The hotel is very quiet because its rooms are located on a quiet street. All beautiful places and beaches of the city are very close to the hotel. The breakfast was unsurpassed (everyone will find what they like in this breakfast: various fruits, muesli, milk, yogurt, meat, cheese, toast, various cookies, juices...) The beds in the hotel are comfortable, there are two types of pillows and you can choose the ones you like) Everything was just perfect in this hotel! We found street parking not far from the hotel (even though it was a Saturday night) the car was just outside all night and everything was fine.

Our favourite hotel in Nerja. We have stayed here many times. Central location, clean modern room, tea making facilities and mini fridge. Roof terrace with sundbeds and small pool plus beautiful view of the mountains. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

On this trip we were bothered by some young immature boys shouting, splashing and playing ball on the roof terrace. We made the staff aware after having little luck making ourselves understood by the boys. The staff were sympathetic and have now made the hotel ‘adults recommended’. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations. Stylish, tasteful, spotlessly clean. Ambiance of a boutique hotel with warm, efficient, personable staff. Our room was spacious, quiet, very comfortable with a great en-suite , coffee making facilities, minifridge and TV with wide range of British and American channels. Breakfast area was bright, spacious and pleasing; breakfast had plenty of choice and good coffee machine. Pool area on roof was delightful with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and with sea views. Location amazing: less than a minute walk to the Balcon de Europe., many dozens of restaurants within 10 minute walk.

Super clean. Excellent breakfast well managed by friendly staff. Tastefully decorated rooms with everything required for a comfortable stay. I was in internal room with windows to internal courtyard which was fine for a short stay. Great facilities on roof terrace with lovely views. All staff very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend this small hotel in excellent central location.

I noticed my window onto courtyard could slide open at the left side which worried me a little. I probably just didn’t work out how to lock it.

Location, lovely staff especially Javier who helped with our departure taxi when i had a query and couldn't speak Spanish...and Dianah who gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel and local area. They were very professional and very approachable and friendly. All reception staff were great in their own way and housekeeping very smiley polite and friendly. Thank you all so much as have had the best holiday ever. So sad to be back home but will come next year as loved it do much. Thank you all for your individual efforts that make such a marvellous whole. 🥰❣️

This is my favourite property in Nerja. The staff are super friendly . The pool on the rooftop is lovely although a little small but it is always quiet and relaxing. The rooms are old style but we love them as we always request the ones overlooking the square. The property is right in the heart of Nerja but yet there is never any noise at night! The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard. We love the breakfast, simple but always hits the spot! We will continue to come back here year after year

Just a small thing would be great to have somewhere to get a drink at the pool or at least get some ice so that we could have our own drinks!

Probably my favourite stay in a hotel ever (and I’ve stayed in plenty). Spotlessly clean, you can smell lovely cleaning products as you walk to your room. The staff are so friendly and helpful. A gorgeous calm and relaxed atmosphere. I slept so well. Breakfast is continental, absolutely faultless and again so clean. Reception staff printed off a bus time table for us. Offered us a parasol for the beach. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent, right by the church. Nerja is beautiful, very Spanish. Highly recommend this hotel and the area.

No view as such as into courtyard but wasn’t an issue, nice and quiet so good night sleep guaranteed

Room was perfect for two, comfy bed but shower was small. Location couldn't have been better - right by the church in the main square, we were near everything! Breakfast was fine, nothing hot but a variety of cold stuff and bread for toasting.

Hard to complain about anything really! Our room looked over a side street so that would be one thing, a little noisy but nothing to stop you sleeping. Pool area is small, we mainly went to the beach because of this and would have like more hot food options at breakfast!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I am a repeat customer and each time I come to Nerja this is my go to hotel. Not only is it centrally located, just steps from the famous “Balcon de Europa”, but the hotel itself is fantastic. Excellent facilities, spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, spotless clean and the cleaning crew are so friendly and meticulous in their cleaning. The hospitality of the staff is really above and beyond. They make sure they accommodate any special requests you have and they really have this very warm and kind hospitality. Top notch service in every way.

The location is superb; a stone’s throw from the Balcony de Europe, a stone’s throw from the Plaza Espana, right in the heart of the old town. Yet it was also very quiet. The roof terrace is beautiful and much bigger than it looks from the photos. There were plenty of sun beds, parasols, and table sets available all set on a lovely terrace with lots of plants. The pool was a perfect temperature, great for cooling off. The ‘superior’ room that we had was very tastefully decorated (clearly recently), with good quality furniture and fixings. And it was great to have a fridge. The breakfast room is also very tastefully decorated.

The reception staff were a bit hit and miss. Some were friendly and efficient, one or two not quite as efficient (however, they were never rude).
