The hotel is connected to a busy bar / cafe which served a good selection of set meals and decent wine. It was very dog friendly. The rooms were a goid size and the large bed was very comfortable. Great coffee and fresh orange juice for breakfast and the usual continental selection.

Steps into hotel can be hard for disabled person although there is also access via the cafe which is not immediately obvious. On street parking was OK but a bit crowded. Not sure if it had any private parking.

We arrived around one in the morning for a stopover. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and spoke very good English. Staff at night are usually tired and fairly inattentive but the reception at this hotel was the opposite, thank you. In the morning we went down for breakfast ( 9 euros) I think. I thought (just the usual continental stuff) coffee and a croissant, then a lady came out and asked if we would like cooked sausages, egg or breakfast? It was a bit early for us but it was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Pets were made welcome. We were able to get meal to take to our room.

No tea and coffee making facilties. Parking on the street left our vehicle in a vulnerable position. There were a lot of people loitering ouside the reception entrance which made room a bit noisy. It would be helpful if guests with pets were allocated rooms at the end of corridors to minimise disturbance of guests passing the doors.

The room was excellent for me and my husband as he is disabled, but the access into the hotel for disabled people could be a little more easy,,,,and both rooms were very clean and comfortable,the staff were very helpful, the food was good but the restaurant could be a bit more comfortable it felt a bit like a canteen ,

the hotel is very close to the airport, that was the main reason we stayed here. Far from the city center, but there is a bus stop near the hotel and it is very convenient to get to the city. The room is small, but enough for one night, the bed is comfortable. Good bathroom. Very helpful hotel staff.

Ibis Styles Noain hotel follows the same format as other Ibis Styles hotels. Clean, relatively small rooms with no unnecessary extras at very good price.

For an airport hotel it was unfortunate that the walk to the terminal building (appr 700 m) has to be done partially along a road. In early morning, traffic was rather light, but it is quite unusual that no pedestrian walkway is available. The cafeteria attached to the hotel had only very basic food service.

Nice room, great shower, everything was clean. The receptionist was really great and friendly. The lure is a restaurant right there, and a nice long trail you can take. The place is totally pet friendly, unlike in other places in Spain, your pet can stay in the room with you, but also walk around and go in to have breakfast as well. The receptionist told us that Pamplona is the only town in Spain that adopted a very pet friendly policy from January 1st that allows dogs to go in restaurants with their owners.

Our welcome at reception was beyond excellent. Everything we wished, or needed to know was efficiently and most cheerfully dispatched. The receptionist, Edurne (Meve, Snow!) is a credit to your company. All the staff in the restaurant and breakfast room were great too. Very Dog friendly. The secure under ground car park was very convenient for unloading and loading in inclement weather. Should mention the bedroom was fine😊. We will return.

I was with my son for a Championship in Navarra Arena. Especially the staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and silent,Hotel was just next to the airport and very close to a main bus station. I highly recomend to everyone.
