Great central location, air conditioning, clean, friendly staff etc. Nothing bad to say for the price and location.

Please note that google maps may not be clear on directions to hotel - unless I made an error when googling. Ourense local recommended me to take a small 5min scenic detour from the train station towards ponte nova (pedestrian bridge) which will take you through to the heart of the city (10-15min walk), hotel atliana is located within the city centre on rua ervedelo. I highly recommend this route. Else direct route will take you via busy traffic bridge ponte de mileno

Everything is neat and clean, you can see the difference after some hotels of the same level. The stuff is very welcoming and supportive. The breakfast is nice, if a set of two toasts, drink and one fruit is enough for you. It served in Cafeteria just the next door. As far as I get, the place is popular among local people looking for morning coffee. The hotel located in the city center, so you can easily walk around.

Don't know about other rooms, but in my room both windows looked out at the airshaft. You need to put rollers on window down to get some privacy and be ready to hear other guests from outside. So, check info about your room before booking, if it matters for you.

We missed our train connection on Renfe. We were able to book this room at the last minute in the middle of themorning and they allowed us to check in. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, despite our lack of Spanish fluency, and their lack of English, but hey, we were in rural Spain. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops, and only a short walk to the Roman bridge. Very friendly town.

All the staff members were friendly and always willing to help. The room was of good size clean and with AC. The breakfast was not a buffet one but the waiter served us anything we asked on the menu. Kudos to him as he had much on his plate.

nothing really apart from maybe the view: just a window overlooking the main street. But we were never bothered by the sound coming from the street. The parking was 12 euros the night: concordia Parking which is just a stroll away from the hotel. However, I found it pricy.

Excellent central location. 20 min walk across scenic bridges to train and bus station Room was spacious modernised. Super clean. Super comfy mattress. Fast stable wifi. Good lighting. With light switches and power outlets by bed Good outlook with blackout shuttering. Quiet externally but internal sound isolation very poor. And neighbouring guests unfortunately talked til 5 in the morning. So sadly not very restful. Not hotels fault. Would definitely recommend. Very good value for money.

Price was good, room was clean, shower worked nicely.

Walking to the hotel from the railway station was a bit convoluted when we arrived as Google Maps did not know about the altitude difference from the path along the stream and the street with the hotel entrance. (Using the major street would have been the correct route,) That is not the hotel’s fault of course.

Location close to historic center of Ourense, very busy during the day and full of life at night - people, bars and restaurants everywhere. Hotel is updated, small bedroom w/ comfortable bed, private bath and spacious shower. Good breakfast is served in hotel cafeteria and cost 6 Euros/person. Staff is very helpful and wellcoming.

The advertised parking is not in the hotel but in a 10 minute walk public garage, not easy to find in heavy traffic. The cost is 12 Euros/ day.

We walked everywhere- downtown for tapas, the thermal pools, shopping, fitness trail right outside. Close to train station. 15 min- 20min walk or 5 min via car.

Nothing- elevator to the 4th floor, lots of eating options close by. No designated on site parking- but parking garage 1 block away.

The hotel is perfectly located in Ourense, just a few minutes from the centre of the city. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Our breakfast was delicious and set us up to begin our journey along the Camino towards Santiago.

the location is great and the people who work also very helpful. The room was quite small but very clean.

actually hotel is a good value for money, i would only mention remote control for aircon, it can be very useful )
