This hotel has a really warm welcoming vibe, it’s like being made to feel at home, the staff are fantastic, they talk with you and make you feel really welcome. The pool area is fabulous and clean and the beds are clean and comfy with nice music on it really is such a lovely atmosphere. You can tell the staff behind the bar really care about the drinks they are making and the service they are giving. Rubio makes the best pomada cocktails! And a big thanks to Stefano and his colleague who looked after us late when we checked in and stayed to make us a drink after our flight. The food in the resteraunt is also really wonderful and not overpriced, it is clean and delicious. The vegetarian burger is the best I have ever had. The manager of this hotel is really lovely and friendly and will do anything to help you he is always working hard and doing alsorts of jobs,cleaning the pool serving food and drinks I thought it was really lovely the way I saw him talking and laughing with the other staff. I really liked how all the staff seemed to be happy and made the atmosphere really happy. They have music nights which were cool and the layout of the hotel makes it feel really safe and cosy.

If I had only one would be the shower is a bit small and water goes everywhere as it has a shower curtain which is only a personal dislike of mine.

Very clean( room and common areas) , great music all day ( gotta like jazz), good breakfast, the pool area is very nice, including the nice gentleman at the pool bar ( unfortunately I don't know his name). Good cocktails and coffee. Alejandro, the receptionist, also is very attentive and sweet. Wifi reception works great in all the areas, good even for working remotely. The location is quiet, and there's very easy parking. Walking distance to a good beach, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately I had to switch hotels after three nights because they were full, but I would definitely have stayed longer if possible.

I had a room on the third floor and there's no elevator. The receptionist helped me carry the luggage, I appreciate that. The room isn't very big but the bathroom is small. For one person it's comfortable.

Excellent, efficient, friendly staff. As a group we had four rooms, and there was quite a bit of variation between rooms in terms of facilities and size. All the rooms were comfortable, but some were small for two people sharing. Rooms with ‘mountain view’ might be cooler in summer. Music theme gives hotel lots of character. Pool was nice and pool area well maintained. Cocktails were good!

What can I say.. I absolutely loved it here, La Concha exceeded my expectations! This was my first solo trip and I felt at home and so relaxed the moment I arrived. A big thank you to Oscar and his team who went above and beyond to make my stay special, I made some wonderful friends and special memories, I can’t wait to come back! 🙏 La Concha is a fairly quiet hotel but it’s laid back chilled vibe is all part of its charm and the location is so perfect you have everything you need on your doorstep. I only stayed a long weekend but I found my way around really quickly.. a trip to the port where the nightlife and bars are, the beach is a 5 minute walk, shops, restaurants and bars also a 2 minute walk!

This hotel is full of character and is only a few minutes walk from lovely Peguera. The food was great and the pool was lovely and clean. They have great music playing in the background which made for a very chilled atmosphere made better by the friendly and helpful owner and staff. Would book this again if we were coming back to this part of Mallorca.

Wow what a hotel! We had the most amazing trip, from the moment we walked through the door Oscar and his staff made us feel like family. We were lucky enough to try the new menu from their new chef which has some fantastic modern tapas (the calamari bao bun is amazing!) as well as some staples (great padron peppers) and (following on from previous reviews) the pool is being refurbished for the new season. The breakfasts were amongst the best continental breakfasts we’ve had with freshly baked pastries every day, fresh fruit and cheese. We were also treated to live soul music on our first night and flamenco on our last. I’d give it 11/10 if I could!

Very little, if being picky the rooms are on the small side, but still well maintained, perfectly clean and all named after musicians, we were in Sam and Dave.

Very nice place to stay, room with terrace, nice pool, quiet part of town. Staff (owner?) very helpfull. I appreciated opened bar at the pool and possibility to have a (great) dinner there. Short walk to beach. Parking nearby. Different from others: you get blanket fully in linen! Not just a bed sheet with a blanket on top. Very appreciated. And splendid breakfast with everything I could imagine too! I would come again :)

The staff was very nice and we were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave very early before the breakfast buffet was open. We could not use facilities, because there was no time enough. We would recommend the accommodation to friend, because the accommodation looked very nice with a nice bar & restaurant.

To have not enough time to relax in the hotel, because of other activities, but maybe next time..

on arrival we received a Friendly reception , staff from cleaner to chef all also very friendly and enough English spoken to make things comfortable. Owner Oscar was very entertaining and his passion for music is clear. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, bed comfortable, shower powerful and hot, even a radiator to dry clothes when (like for me) it rained. Parking on street always available nearby . Breakfast plentiful with wide choice of cheese and cold meats eggs and fruit juice . Self service coffee machine. Centre and beach a short walk away Decent view from balcony on both sides (not facing similar high rise block).

Pool empty and pool space closed so no chilling around that area but that’s due to time of year. Nothing else negatives to worry about.

All Rooms are Band- or Singerthemed. The Music at the Pool is very pleasant, from Jazz in the Morning to Soul and Funk in the Afternoon and evening. The Beds are Not soft and very comfy. I had a 3 Night Stay and it was Perfect. The Bus is 5 mins away and you can Walk to Cala Fornells in about 40 mins. What i also liked is that they Are Environmental friendly.
