The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony. There was a choice of eating in the cafeteria (informal), or in the restaurant (a little more formal). The food was delicious, and they managed to cater for our problems with gluten. Parking was easy and free.

Only one thing, really, the position, which is on a commercial park, and a good way from the historic city centre. Oh, and as with most European hotels, there was a fridge in our room, but no kettle.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find as it is just off on the main road on the edge of an industrial estate. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. It was not at all noisy and the room very clean. It was a good idea to stay outside Plasencia Town because parking there is rather difficult.

We thought it was rather expensive in comparison with other hotels where we have stayed, considering that the furnishings are quite old fashioned.

Modern rooms and excellent bar / restaurant facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for an overnight stop travelling through Spain. 5 minutes from A66.

Surroundings are unattractive and not very convenient as a base for visiting Plasencia.

Easy to find and close to the motorway for the morning start. Rooms well equipped with fridge, air-conditioning and free parking. Reasonable choice for food in the restaurant or cafe and not expensive. All the staff were friendly and the toilet in the cafe was spotless and flowers, a nice touch. Recommend for a stopover.😀

Miss read 5mins from the center, it was a drive but not walkable in the extreme heat.( But that was my fault)

An excellent hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff we friendly and helpful from check in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked very well and parking was easy. Most importantly we had the best meal of our entire four week holiday at the restaurant of this hotel. It was exceptional. Totally encourage anyone staying to try their restaurant!

No negatives, just be aware that it's well out of town so if you want to visit the city you'll need to drive or take the bus!

One night stop between San Sebastián and Jerez. Easy to find, near fuel stations with a lot of parking available. We have stayed before.

Food not available until 8.30. Although one barman was very offhand, one lady used google translate to offer a ham bocodillo, which was very tasty. The floor of the room felt spongey.

It had all that I required; it was quiet, comfortable and it was also easy to access from the motorway. The view from my room was amazing. The hotel was antiseptic with staff on board to replace tablecloths cutlery etc.

The restaurant was expensive, and the menu seemed limited to fish or pork! On the whole it didn't seem to fit in with what appeared to be an out-of-town hotel that was reasonably priced other than that there was little to complain about.

Everything. It was great value for money. Our room was very clean and spacious. The manager was absolutely amazing, very helpful. The food was very delicious. We would Definately stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Found the room just right and very comfortable. loved balcony and as it was warm we sat out for a few minutes. Didn't use room service but had a meal and a drink in the bar area. Restaurant looked lovely but we were very tired.

There was nothing to dislike.

Incredibly convenient stopover travelling from Cadiz to Bilbao. Near to the motorway, excellent parking, modern rooms and excellent food in cafeteria. Welcoming and helpful staff. We have stayed several times and always been satisfied.
