Very good breakfast selection, tasty food! Jovana, working at the omelette station, is a hard working person, greets and smiles , she is the embodiment of the word " hospitality". A true asset to your orgaznization ! The renovated room was very nice, clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the " welcome" bottle of complimentary sparkling wine ! The housekeeper was friendly and helpful !

While we understand that the people clearing the tables during the breakfast service are working hard as well, at least some basic hospitality towards your guests should be shown. Pointing towards a plate and asking " finished?" without saying at least a " good morning" or a " buenos dias" is not much of a friendly service.

A good value three star hotel. I had an 11th floor room with modern facilities and nice outlook. Breakfast food and environment good. All staff very pleasant.

The room was not serviced during my three day stay

Breakfast : Nice selection of hot and cold options as well a pastries and a chef for eggs/omelettes. Dinner : Nice selection of foods, could do with a bigger drinks menu similar to the bar next door. Premium pool : On the roof of the main building, fantastic open space, quiet. Room : Beds were huge and comfortable, air con and ceiling fan made sleeping comfortable. Quick walk to the bars/restaurants. Free parking opposite hotel with plenty of space.

Bacon at breakfast always burnt, not crispy, but cremated. Crepes only during the week, bit strange. Shower door was glass, as was the bathroom door and they both opened into each other, could get messy! Shower door also leaked slightly at the bottom. Loose tiles up at the premium pool, not a danger but could cause some to lose balance.

We like the ocean view. The breakfast was very good.

We couldn't sleep untill 4.00 AM because of the big noise from the Veronica's night club...and that happened every night.

We loved the rooftop pool. It became our go to place. It was very quiet and peaceful. Also the breakfast was amazing, so many options and generally it was delicious, The pool bar served the best drinks. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Over all the hotel and the room had a very modern look and gave us the wow efect when first walking in. Also the A/C worked perfectly.

The look of the hotel corridors didn't quite match the rooms. Looked a bit outdated. It didn't bother as that much though. Also the pool bar could have served food for a longer time period. Now it was only 2-3 hours. Also the safe in the room was expensive since it was 3 euros per day.

Room was excellent, very modern with everything you could want.Bed+pillows really comfy! Aircon was great though not used much as there was a great ceiling fan which was sufficient for most of the time. Lovely bathroom + balcony with good views and sun most of day. Excellent wifi in room. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds available.

Nothing really, apart from having to wait almost 2 hours for room after checking in at 3pm !

Breakfast room was large and spacious enough to accommodate the guests. The choice of food was excellent as was the quality. There was also a varied choice for the evening meal and the quality was definitely value for money.

There was a slight incident involving the top of the door frame falling on my head when I opened it one day. However, this was rectified immediately by staff. There were no injuries but the staff were very concerned.

Hotel was very comfortable & good value for the price. We did breakfast which was excellent, great variety & plenty of food. Staff were very welcoming. Room a bit on the small side but was adequate for time we spent in it. Bed was very large & comfortable. Loads of sunloungers around the pool. We had a great balcony which got the evening sun 😎

They are renovating 3 floors of one of the blocks around the pool (I understand this has to be done at some stage). The very loud noise of kango drills/hammers etc all day was very annoying 😔 Perhaps they should have noticed us in advance of this work.

We chose the superior room which was clean and very comfortable. When we arrived the fan and air con did not seem to work. There is no phone so I had to go down to reception to ask for assistance. They sent a maintenance person very quickly. House keeping came daily and made beds and cleared bins etc. The only meal we ate was breakfast and that was good, lots of choice. Definitely try the freshly made omelettes! The first day we went down to the restaurant at the busy time and you have to wait to be seated. The other time we went earlier and it was much less chaotic.

The lift did not work one night and being on floor 11 we had a lot of stairs to climb! I did not like to see residents being rude to hotel staff. I found all of the staff to be courteous and helpful and seeing people treat them less than that was uncomfortable. The walk back from the beach and also the Veronica strip is long and up hill so worth considering if you go out in the wrong footwear!

The evening entertainment was really good and the daytime pool area games were great fun. The animacion staff are lovely, funny and kind. Shout out to Tamara and Aldring 😊 Although at the top of a gentle-ish sloping hill, the location was still good to walk to Los Cristiano's plus a bit of the Adeje beach area as the streets all interconnected. We also used the local bus to the Los Cristianos market on a Tuesday. We got off at the central bus station stop and it was a straight walk down the road to the beach where the market was beside the Arona Gran Hotel.
