Location Pool Breakfast offering Facilities Plenty of storage and hanging space in room Staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly

For a suite in a 5 start rated hotel there were ‘small’ items missing: Shower flooded bathroom Occasional smell of drains No complimentary water in the room No biscuit packs No iron No milk for tea and coffee (and there was a fridge) Choice of coffee and tea was poor Plastic cups No drinking glasses (apart from those in bathroom)

The location is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to the beach and close to the main streets. The pool water was a bit cold, similar in temperature to the ocean, but the pool itself is a good size and very clean.

We were very disappointed to learn that the gym access incurs an additional charge. The gym can only be used free of charge if attending group training sessions. For independent use of the gym facilities, there’s a fee of 6 EUR per person per day or 20 EUR per week, which we find unreasonable. This is the first time we’ve encountered an extra charge for gym access in a 5-star hotel.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you get a lovely reception area, bright, airy and well decorated, also you're greeted by concierge who offer you a welcoming drink of orange juice or sparkling wine. Check-in was smooth and informative, the lady was polite, you're helped up to your room which me n my daughter was happy with as it looked out to the beach/pool and entertainment within the hotel. The hotel is situated right by the strip so v handy. Cleaning staff are polite and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice was there, I will definitely stay here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The buffet restaurant is managed by a great team of profesional and courteous staff. The food was plenty and excellent! The entertainment in the evening was pretty much the same every night Latino salsa singers however on some nights there was different varied acts like dancers and magicians these grew the biggest audiences.

I don’t feel this hotel Is worth a 5 star rating. At best this is a 4 star hotel. It’s the small details that make the difference! One example no complementary water is given. When they say restricted sea view they really mean restricted! Don’t bother paying a little extra to have these type of room as they really are disappointing if you want to see the sea.

The hotel is newly renovated to an excellent standard. The staff are friendly and very helpfully. The hotel is close to the strip and a short walk from where I wanted to go each evening. There was a great choice for breakfast each morning. It has direct access to the beach using a keycard to open the gate. At night the front door is locked and you need to buzz the door to enter the property giving your name and room number. I look forward to visiting again.

The best location in Las Americas area, near to the best shops, restaurants, bars and one of the best beach [with nice sand] Very large parking places, large pool and quick acess to the sand beach [12 Eur an umbrella and 2 sunbeds] The cleaning was acceptable, the staff was ok with a good attitude, very quick process of checkin and checkout. Overall wifi was ok, the function of elevators was ok.

The hotel was made in 1997 [a greek owner] and now must be refurbish. The food at breakfast and dinner can be improved [now is only acceptable, the taste and diversity can be improve]. Our flat was nice because was large, but not a good quiet into the room. Air condition was acceptable. The staff from restaurant/ bar can be improved.

The breakfast was superb and with a lot of choices as a buffet, freshly cooked by the chefs and you can see them as they prepped the meals. The cleanliness of the hotel and the beauty! You can tell it has been recently renovated! The staff were very polite and friendly. My bedroom was amazing and the bed very comfortable! The soaps and body cream in my bathroom smelled divine! The location of the hotel is great too with access to the beach and to all the fun activities. I really loved my stay and I hope I can go back soon.

Excellent location next to the beach , although there was a lovely large pool . There were plenty of loungers at the pool area. There lots of restaurants and bars in the area but it wasn’t noisy. The hotel snd facilities were clean and modern . The staff were helpful and friendly.

Our balcony didn’t get the sun at all which meant we didn’t sit out . The pool bar was located in an area that didn’t get the sun at all either. However , to be fair, you could get a drink snd take it to your lounger or a table in the sun.

We love the location of this hotel🌟 We stayed here seven years ago, and since then, the hotel has undergone a lot of renovations, which have been done beautifully. 🛠️✨ The staff were super nice 😊, and we absolutely loved the breakfast 🍳🥐. We’ll surely return when we’re back in Tenerife! 🌴☀️ As a bonus, we received a free drink one night 🍹, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was so helpful since we had a late flight. ✈️ Such a great experience overall!

Revamped fresh property with fantastic facilities in great location on the resort!

Fee to use gym - no suggestion that it wouldn’t be included However the fee was not significant and I expect deterred non regular gym goers from delaying work outs etc. for those that had routines etc. so may be beneficial overall as equipment was top class
