The apartments are very well located. Easily reached by the number 66 bus from/to airport. Just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Euros £3.50 per adult each way. Request a room on a high floor sea facing. DO NOT request a pool view room as you will also be facing a busy road and have no sunshine on the balcony. The accommodation is exceptionally good value for money (£220 for 7nights late March22). The pool is large with lots of sunbeds. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep with shops and supermarkets close by too, Apartments are just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront promenade.

The apartments are in a very large, old building which is reasonably well maintained however there is no sound proofing so you can here almost everything from adjacent rooms and that means they can hear you too. There are busy roads behind the apartments so there will be some noise. The 2 lifts are very small. The apartments have basement rooms which reminded me of a dungeon. They have no outlook and I would have given a negative review if I had been allocated one of those rooms. The apartments are very close to the seafront promenade however there are approximately 100 steps down to the beach!

We paid very little for the accommodation and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how nice and clean the property was. We requested pool view and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with a glorious mountain backdrop. The pool vibe was amazing. The lifeguard and bar lady were just fantastic. They made the hotel so special with their happy go lucky approach. It was one of the friendliest and most personal pool sides we have ever been to. They were just beautiful, genuine people who always greeted us and were ready to help. We loved the vibe by this poolside.

5th time in last 7 months we've stayed here. Great central location, excellent value for money, friendly, helpful people working here. The apartments are straightforward, no-frills but comfortable and all you really need. Plus the apartments (and the whole building) is kept very clean and well maintained. Thanks to everyone at Green Park for another lovely sunshine break😎

There's really nothing to dislike. They say you get what you pay for but in our experience of Green Park you get more than you pay for. Self catering apartments in general tend to be basic but if something isn't quite right here it gets put right quickly. A small example on this trip was when we came to use the corkscrew and found it missing the screw part: a quick word with one of the housekeeping ladies and we had a new one in ten minutes. This isn't the first time the staff have acted fast to correct little issues. It's nice to feel looked after by your host. 😁

Cleaning every 3 days not really helpful... No mope in the room so wasn't able to clean myself ..Apartment getting very dusty fast plus it's holidays where sand from the beach need to clean more often . Sofa bed uncomfortable. But still good place to stay.

Requested a lower floor due to knee issues with stairs and was granted this on arrival, was right near the pool area with a large balcony area. Unfortunately there are a few steps to the pool and I tripped up them and broke my wrist 🙃 So if stairs are not viable for yourself request 1st floor not ground as u go down the lift to the ground floor.

Pool bar is a little expensive and I had a toastie wasn't too great but staff member running it was very friendly

The property is very Central and has easy walking for local Restaurants and Bars etc. There is also a well staffed large Swimming Pool that caters for all, especially kids. All the staff are helpful.

Maintenance needs improvement (lifts, lights etc) and some rooms should perhaps be fitted with alarm buttons and bath hand grips for those of us of advanced years. A bad fall might not be noticed for 3 days.

Nice and central, nice staff, lovely pool area and pool bar, a life guard on duty at all times, our room was certainly adequate and clean.

Expensive wifi, which we didn't use and really uncomfortable sun beds, a mattress would have made a big difference. But, I would still return if we visit Gran Canaria again. It was good value for what we paid.

The rceptionist was very polite. Showed us to our room. Any requests were dealt with promptly. The girl who runs the pool bar was so nice and chatty. I would stay again. Its my 2nd stay here. Great value for money. Near everything restaurants bars and short walk to beach. Rooms were serviced every day. Spotless no frills but everything you need both for a base and cooking if you want.

The weather wasnt great. Nothing bad to say about apartment.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the pool and pool bar were excellent. It was really close to a lively part of the town, some excellent bars and restaurants and the supermarket was 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The room i had was lower ground floor, it was nice and clean but there was little or no airflow so it was quite warm in the room, especially at night, for security you couldn't leave the patio door open.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was great value for the money I paid. The rooms were cleaned every 2nd day of my week stay. The facilities were perfect. Big spacious room with a big bed for myself.

My room was close to the reception so at 3am-4am I could hear other guests coming in. However I was only coming home slightly earlier so it wasn't so bad. Other than that. No other complaints
