Nice room with a slightly dated interior, but very clean. Everything is working fine, with a good-sized terrace, a powerful shower, and a well-equipped kitchen—everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beach and promenade are just across the road, and there’s a good supermarket around the corner. Great swimming pool and friendly staff. The Yumbo Center is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The WiFi is unfortunately not very reliable. If you depend on it, you might find it frustrating. For example, you may have WiFi in the living room but not in the bedroom or on the terrace. The connection comes and goes constantly, so some work is needed to resolve th

The apartment was clean and modern and very nice! Though small, it was perfect for one person (or two) and had everything I needed. It was quiet, the private terrace was lovely, perfect for eating, working from or sunbathing, and even had a sliver of ocean view. The location was perfect too, just a 10 min or so walk to beach access and there were supermarkets nearby as well. A 20 min or so walk to get to the city center. The bathroom was small but adequate and water pressure was good. The internet was decent enough to work from as well. I would definitely considering coming back for a longer stay!

Location was great - very central and a short walk to various restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay for a week. Our apartment was facing towards the side and we found it very quiet. There was a little noise in the evening coming from the entertainment at the adjoining hotel but this finished at a reasonable time and did not disturb our sleep.

On arrival we were a bit baffled by how the window blinds worked. Finally we discovered it was a manual pull up and an mechanism pushed to get them down - worked it out after about 10 minutes!

The location was fantastic, many places to eat and drink within 10 minutes walk. Bus stop to the airport and the rest of the island is also less than 5 minutes. The beach and promenade just across the road. Everywhere is clean including the pool area. The staff are very helpful with directions etc .... Shower was powerful and hot.

The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on, perhaps some cushions would help. We used pillows from the bedroom. Quite a lot of noise at meal times and in the evening from the hotel just behind the apartments, also in the evening from the road, but with the windows closed this was eliminated.

+ perfect location, close to the beach, promenade and restaurants. + we got room in the corner with an amazing terrace (much better than expected <3) + an apartment was very clean and spacious. + open swimming pool, enough for my needs

Some details need to be correct but I would be happy to be your guest again :) - the shower was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor. - no hairdryer in the apartment - poor equipment in the kitchen - would be nice to have although one bottle of water for the beginning - sometimes after landing, guests are going straight to the hotel :)

Nice apartman for a very good price, good view to the ocean from 3rd floor. Calm nights, no party place at close range. We arrived with night flight, so they left the key at a keysafe for us at the entrance. Personnel are helpful and kind. Great place for families. Originally we wanted to go to Teneriffe, because it was used to be said that there were more features there (and we were there already 15 years ago). Now, in 2023. june it is not true anymore: just see Pamelitos Park, Camello safaries, Banana Plantation (banana museum hacienda), Poema del Mar, Aqualand, volcano tours etc. on Gran Canaria. Everything is there for a very good vacation, except orcas.

No downside.

The rooms are cozy and clean, there is everything you need for cooking, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator in each room. The pool is cleaned every day, which is a big plus. The property is located close to the beaches. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Pretty quiet location, close to the beach and entertainment places. Good connection with the airport and other cities. All the necessary things available in the flat.

Bus is going right in front of the building, can be an inconvenience if you are highly sensitive. And in the nearby hotel they have loud shows sometimes. But otherwise it was really comfortable stay.

Clean and well equipped apartment with great balcony. Location is perfect close to beach and many restaurants/bars. Pool is not heated, but the water was round 22 due to warm weather. Dependent on the room you can have sea view and lot of sun. Our second stay and happy to recommend.

property is close to the beach however not so close to the Lidl if you are on foot. on the map it looks like just around the corner but in reality you need a car to get there. grocery stores around are very expensive so do consider car/ taxi if you are looking to pay normal prices. otherwise everything is good, apartment is much smaller than on the pictures. every other day house is being cleaned, reception lady very pleasant and helpful. yes I would stay again.
