Food and entertainment need improving

pool was super!!! food was great!!and seating areas were lovely too. garden was really nice

lifeguard wouldnt let me backflip off rocks .no parking!! had to park down road and walk everytime didnt get a good view from balcony

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

Location: not 'terribly bad', though, it takes 10 minutes from bus station by walk

The value for money was my biggest drive. It felt more quiet than expected. The staffs happiness when you know a few phrases in spanish

Had a "water" problem in my room that i reported. As it was on the last day i would not complain. The pillow wasnt to my liking. The lack of spanish/local food at the buffet. I dont travel to canary islands or the peninsula to eat food that isnt spanish. (Churros & paella isnt really enough). Had quails as i was given space 18 for my rental car. I had no reason to use the handicap space. If the definition of Sangria is half wine, half diet coke, ice cube & one slice of orange then its an afront to spanish culture...

There were plenty of things to do, and the food was good, not amazing, but definitely good enough. Lots of selection of different kinds of food.

The only thing that put me off booking the room I did was every morning at 7 am. I would be either woken up by people moving furniture upstairs or the bar moving kegs in the celler. Other than this, my room was lovely. I stayed in one of the Jr suits next time I would book a cheaper room in hopes I would be quiter

Literally everything, they were caring, understanding, the room even as an adult was a damn room to die for, having autism being in a completely foreign county can and has been stressful but these people tried their absolute hardest to help in any way they can. Loved the roosters they had roaming but the girlfriend had the fun idea of feeding them from the balcony the first few days they ended up waking us up at 6am every morning for food 😂. Other than that I've stayed in 5* hotels that don't touch the surface on this place. Can't recommend more to go. If you got the option, go.

The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, the gardens amazing, food ideal, I will definitely book another stay in. Free bus to the town and back was a good service.

1st- the only working socket in my room was the one in the bathroom, so I needed to charge my phone there. 2nd- the bar is opening at 10.30 until 23.00, the queue for drinks too big, it could take 15-20 minutes sometimes to get a drink and no chance to have a drink after 23.00. 3th- the lifts too small, waiting time too long in the busiest ours. 4th- no food after the restaurant closes, I can't imagine if people arrive after 21.30, how will they cope until breakfast.

Pool great, food a little limited but good, room clean and tidy and regular clean. Only exception was young people on the hotel list arriving drunk late in early hours after a night out and losing their keys and causing a commotion . Hotel may consider limiting clientele or guests

Lovely staff, clean room - nice to have sun loungers on the balcony as well.

Would be nice if some drinks other than water were included in half board. Maybe just at breakfast or just at dinner. Still great value overall and would go back!

Everything was brilliant, the staff were all fabulous, so helpful. The hotel was clean and the facilities were great, lovely pool! We had massive issues with our hire car and the staff went above and beyond for us, so so grateful.

You have to pay extra to use the indoor pool which was disappointing, however very minor! I think it was €12 for 90 mins so we decided against it.
