Excellent hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff couldn't do enough, it was really clean and the pool area was great. Breakfast is simple but good quality and the beds comfy. The village is great between the mountain and the sea. 12 min drive to cambrils beach. I had my support dog with me and they were very accommodating with her. The village has a couple of good restaurants and the supermarket is very close. A couple of areas within a few blocks that you can walk the dog. I didn't find the hotel noisy like other reviewers. Some traffic noise but generally this got much quieter after 9. I stayed for three nights and it was very relaxing, made vvery comfy and welcome by all the staff and it was veey clean. Nice to get my room cleaned every day.

Old property in a small town renovated tastefully to a high standard. Free secure parking and excellent breakfast. A double room reserved and on arrival provided with a very spacious apartment, the apartments are over the road from the main hotel, so may be an issue for those with mobility issues or in event of bad weather having to go outside in order to access breakfast.

Nothing, excellent relaxing night spent here as part of a drive to southern Spain. Shower over bath may not be suitable for everyone.

We liked the kind and professional staff. Swimming pool and garden is really nice and pleasant. Good breakfast with quality products like the bread with olives and the cheese. Also the mini croissants. Bed is comfy and air-conditioning working well. It is also very easy to park for free.

The room was a bit noisy as being on the street side. The room itself was not worth the money but considering the facilities it was acceptable.

A comfortable stay in a small town away from the bustle of the coast. Reception is staffed 24/7 but the bar was not open (see other reviews) in November. The facilities are as described but guests should be aware that the hotel is on a X roads with the parking, pool and 2 parts of the hotel separated by roads. There is no garden as such which was a minor issue for dog owners. The room was comfortable if a little small, with a balcony (no tea/coffee). There is a limited choice of restaurants open in the Winter but fortunately the pick of the bunch is next door. Staff were very welcoming and provided a good continental breakfast.

Nice hotel not far from the highway Barcelona-Valencia, coast en some places of interest. Very good beds and a very good breakfast, We travelled with our bikes on our car; so we enjoyed the secured private parking for cars end Bikes(!). Just below this very nice hotel there are some very enjoyable restaurants

We stayed for a night with children on our way to Port Aventura. Hotel is excellent! We enjoyed garden and swimming pool! Beautiful interior with lots of small details and pinnacle posters. Good conditioning rooms with cosy beds, beautiful lamps, good soundproof. Very welcoming staff speaking English. We felt more like being at our friend's home, not at the hotel. Breakfast is delicious with fresh bread and croassants, butter, jam, cold cuts, juice, good coffee and strong tea. It's 3 minutes walk to the centre, where we enjoyed walking through the old part of the town. Good value for money! Hope to be back! Very recommended!

Lack of bars/restaurants open/available in the surrounding vicinity of the hotel (out of season?) Very pet friendly hotel, (thank you!) but alas not the best location for green spaces for doggy walks.

A very good value for money to stay just a few nights in the area, as it also includes breakfast. Very practical with its own parking (separate key), swimming pool and lift.

Hotel is at the corner of two busy streets so can get a bit noisy, in particular when the communal bins are being emptied in the middle of the night.

Great welcome and supportive staff, comfortable twin room for my mother and me, and a truly epic spa experience. I loved it & am recommending it.

The lift was not working well and my mother - who is blind - got sent to the wrong place.

Lovely hotel & great friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh & service excellent. The rooms were clean & well maintained and the parking / pool arrangements couldn't be faulted.

The only (slight) downside is that Montbrio is quite small and a little rural. Otherwise it would be a 10 out of 10
