Good experience overall. Good and gentle service

The wifi (room at the end of the building -325-) was terrible. I was surprised they did not have my email and credit card upon arrival. Communication with Booking needs to improve. Neither did they have record of my special request. But they honored it when I mentioned the issue upon arrival. Buffet dinner on the expensive side

The food was excellent. All of the meals were varied and the choices very good. The Gala evening meal on the 24th December was superb. We have stayed at other hotels where the Gala night was more of a damp squib but the staff here pulled out all the stops for this night, thank you very much. The promenade goes on for miles and we enjoyed a daily walk as the weather was not too cold. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room on the top floor, the view was fantastic over the sea and we heard very little noise from outside of the room.

The room itself seemed a little tired and could have been bigger. The lack of English television channels was disappointing (only one UK channel and that was a news channel). The WIFI strength was very disappointing reading between 1.2 and 2.4 so was unable to stream all the UK holiday TV and our favourite programs.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast very good, such a range of food. Something for everyone. Room large and airy with small balcony. Free and good wifi.

Rooms are very dated. Needs a full upgrade. No walk-in shower. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t open. Decor very old fashioned.

Pool area looks amazing, hotel staff is also very kind and helpful, cleanest accomodation we have ever seen in Spain. Cleaner lady did a great job every they she even organised the kids toys on the bed in a funny way. Plus point for the amazing cleaning staff!!!

A little gym / exercise area would be a great update considering it's a 4 star accommodation

The hotel had excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to present our passports for registration as is normal and reception picked up that my birthday was during our stay. When we came back to our room the hotel had left a bottle of cava and two glasses with their compliments. Also when we checked out we got a free bottle of water for the journey. Exceptional customer care.

The barrier providing access to the car park sometimes didn’t work with the card or operated very slowly.

Wow this place was amazing, very clean, staff very polite, always smiling and ready to help you. My partner forgot his charger and had the patience to charge it for him all the 3 nights we were there. Was the first time I went to an hotel where I had "mimosas" for breakfast. The inside pool was super, not to big but was perfect for me. Lots of restaurants and bars near by and they have karaoke night. I really enjoyed this place.

Stunning hotel, our rooms had balconies & beautiful sea views. Very friendly, professional staff & the breakfasts were fantastic. Location was great, 2 minutes walk to the beach, bars, cafe's & restaurants. We can recommend La Banana & Scotia as great , friendly bars.

There was nothing not to like.

We booked this hotel very last minute but were extremely delighted by how lovely it was. Yes the rooms are a little dated but they are well maintained, very clean and well cared for. The pool facilities were really good and my son spent loads of time in and out of the pool and the hot tub. Entertainment was excellent and we were treated to a magic shows one night, which would normally spell a boring night, but he was absolutely fantastic and very entertaining! we didn't use the restaurant but the bar was staffed by some very friendly staff and drinks were very reasonable. On Halloween all the staff dressed up, even the maintenance crew, which is very unusual in Spain as the don't really celebrate Halloween like the British, and they had entertainment based on Halloween.

One of my very rare 10 ratings. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The food was very reasonable with the choices changed daily in the evenings. Free drinks during dinner was a nice surprise. Check-in and out was also smooth.

Nice location, right on beach. Easy to find and park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atrium area and super pool.

This is an older style beachside hotel. Well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning very noisy so couldn't use at night. Not an issue but may be at height of summer.
