Room was great but overpriced in my opinion. I was offered an upgrade from a standard room to a suite at 100 euros. I thought this was inclusive, but it was a surcharge so price was 197 euros in total -- not including breakfast! Bearing in mind that the hotel and even Booking.com, who made the reservation, were offering the room at a much lower cost on the day! Didnt get to eat due to the cost. :-(

Check in was really quick and easy. Room was excellent, warm and comfortable. Staff were very nice and understanding and dogs not an issue and welcomed. Easy to access hotel off the main motorway that made it very suitable as we left ferry in Bilboa a couple of hours earlier. Will use again but maybe stop for a couple of nights

The restaurant was very understaffed, tables left uncleaned but not the fault of the young lady trying to sort everything out. Food was very good though and at a very reasonable price

Very easy to find because it's the biggest building for miles around and close to the motorway. I arrived on a motorcycle en route to Costa del Sol, having ridden down through France from UK in mid-December. So the welcoming staff in the reception, bar, restaurant and nice room were a bonus. Breakfast was great with perfect scrambled eggs and bacon, found hiding in amongst the good continental selection.

There is only one negative comment. The large open and unsecured carpark was free, but the covered sections were being utilised by workmen undertaking refurbishment works at the hotel. A secure underground car park was available at extra cost. However, motorcycles were charged at the same price as a car.

We liked the location, the hotel and the room . The food was reasonable

The staff behind the bar were rude, unhelpful and were so disorganised . People were waiting so long staff totally ignored the growing queue and. Onto yes to stock the shelves and talking to each other . This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the staff in the bar area have always been the let down to the hotel . This is our last and final time we will stay there not because of the hotel but the staff’s attitude

Plenty of free parking in the large hotel carpark but we opted for the secure garage for €12.50 per night. Height restrictions for the garage mean no vans etc. Press the button on the left before entering garage and reception will open the electric door. You can access the lifts from the garage. Check in was swift as I had checked in online. The room seemed new, everything was fresh and super clean. We booked the king room so had a large comfortable superkingsize bed with crisp white linens. The window blind is electric and provides total blackout. A bit of road noise but not enough to keep you awake. TV is a smart so you can screen mirror from your device. All in one soap/shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom but good quality. Bathroom seemed new too. Lovely walk in shower and fluffy white towels. If you are travelling with dogs you can only sit in the area to the right of the front door but on a chilly October evening  it was warm and comfortable there. Didn't dine at the hotel. Had beers on night of arrival and coffee before leaving the next day. All served at the coffee bar. Staff were friendly and efficient. €2.90 for a large beer, €2.30 for a large coffee. Will definitely return, thoroughly recommended.

Excellent location for a stopover, very busy hotel but good parking space. I asked for extra pillows when booking and they were in the room ready for us, we needed extra towels too during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were very nice and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, under 2 hours feom Bilbao for the ferry.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Lack of variety and a non descript omelete which tasted and smelled fishy but no idea what it was. We had an accessible room which had an excellent walk in shower and was fully adapted but a bit noisy overnight as near the lifts and doors.

Clean and spacious rooms, at very good temperature. The beds are very comfortable. The gym is a plus as the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so not easy to go running or walking around.

The restaurant is good but lacks of simple dishes apart from the kids menu available for less than 12 years olds but the staff was quite flexible and arranged our even older kids to eat the simple pasta or cordon bleu from the kids menu. The restaurant is a little too sophisticated for young people.

Great room, very comfortable bed and bedding, super soft large towels, excellent room facilities. It suited us perfectly as a pit stop with our two dogs. Not a holiday destination in our view, but for what we wanted and needed, it was perfect. Food acceptable. Lovely lady at breakfast who gave treats do our dogs. Good outside areas for the dogs to stretch their legs.

Large, free parking, proximity to the highway

Breakfast at 7.05, huge hall empty, no other guest yet, I sit alone at a 4 persons table and the staff comes to ask me to move to a 2 persons table in a corner. I never understood this unproffesional policy which I encounter at times. Than sleeping was not easy since it was quite noisy, both from outside as well as from the people inside who where walking on the corridors, knoking at room doors, until midnight. My neighbour seem not to be bothered by this though, he was snoring like a banshee. :)

Room great with fantastic bedding sheets and towels etc .

Evening meal , we both ordered onion soup which took over the hour to arrive funnily when my wife went to ask a staff member the soup arrived within 5 mins both our main dishes arrived maybe too promptly as we’re only tepid suggesting they had been cooked and left so all in all not a great dining experience.
