The room was large, modern and well equipped. The air conditioning was working in all hotel areas, providing a pleasant temperature, despite the heat outside. The breakfast and dinners had an amazing buffet, with different options always available and promptly restocked. The staff was kind, professional and efficient in all areas (at the reception, in the restaurant and for all about cleaning) and capable of adapting according to the number of guests. The swimming pool area is cozy, well equipped and can fit a reasonable amount of people.

The hotel parking (8€/day) was too narrow and they try to fit a too large number of cars, compared with the space effectively available. The result of this are veeeeeery tight car spots, where - once you parked your car - you can't even open the door to get out of it.

Located in a wonderful setting on a beach that has the perfect sea and water temperature. Presidential suite was very private and exclusive. We loved it and most certainly would return.

Minor critique: Having the best room in the hotel, with the best areas, best views to the ocean and pool and not have glasses to have drinks in the room was strange, because almost every hotel has glasses to drink water at least. We only had 2 mugs to drink coffee. The suites and presidential suite deserve a small kitchenette area or at least a cupboard with glasses to compliment a mini bar. Think about your exclusive customers as well. It is an important feature.

What a beautiful spot, clean rooms, extremely pleasant and accommodating staff, from Albert at check in, Ruben by the pool and others by the outdoor restaurant and breakfast area. We wished we would’ve planned to stay longer, and we only there one night. It is a quick walk down a wooden path to the beach, right by the lifeguard station, the breakfast is plentiful, there is a gym with a water bottle refill station right outside, gorgeous patio, and a drying rack on the balcony. There are bicycle rentals available, there was live music by the beach club in the evening, lots of chairs by the pool. The food is delicious. My kids wanted to continue swimming so we ordered dinner at the beach club and the staff set it up for us at the tables by the pool. Very accommodating! It is a little hard to find- not a typical street front with big sign and the street presence does not do the hotel justice! It is just absolutely stunning and well done once you get onto the property! We found street parking while we checked in and then secured a spot in the hotel lot, but I would recommend either calling to make sure there is space in the hotel lot or sending one person in to check in. Highly recommend the junior deluxe suite with sea view.

Nothing! Well the mosquitos in the evening, but nothing to do with the hotel. Just bring bug spray.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was fantastic, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were exceptionally lovely and the facilities were too. Even though the property was going through some upgrades you would never know it . We will definitely be returning again. We both love hotels on the quiet side and this place hit the nail on the head.

Hotel is a bit far away from public transport services and so may consider a courtesy bus to the local train station in Sagunt

Kudos to chefs! We had a half pension and the food on dinners was excellent. Always fish (different types every evening) and various sea food. All personnel was very polite and friendly and the hotel/room was clean and neat. Location in regards to beach is perfect - just crossing the pedestrian path.

The time slot for dinner is way too late (at least for non-spanish people) - 20:30-22:30. You might consider start at least at 20:00 (19:30 would be ideal). If really need a car to move around (Sagunto, Valencia). The buses go very rarely and the journey takes lot of time. We were coming from Valencia to Sagunto by train and had to take a taxi (12-15 Euro) to get to the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days over Christmas - 24th to 27th Dec 23 - and it is a fantastic location. The weather was superb and the long sandy beach was almost deserted. The hotel was very Christmassy and we had the special Christmas lunch on the big day itself. The reception staff were very helpful - particularly Monica who lent me a phone charger - and Reuben who served us on Christmas Day. Just one grumpy waitress at breakfast on 26th - see below.

There was no fresh orange juice at breakfast on the 26th - I think the grumpy waitress just couldn't be bothered to make any more. Plenty of fresh orange juice on the other days. Plenty of actual oranges though 1

Very friendly and helpful staff at every level. Large room , accommodating even larger double bed , good aircon, nice bathroom, balcony and view to sea . Good breakfast buffet in atrium courtyard, again with cheerful helpful staff . Pleasant pool area with enough sun beds and shades . Chambermaids efficient. A few minutes walk to extensive beach with lifeguards, restaurants about ten minutes either way .

At first , nothing.However, being unusually long stayers, 10 days,we noticed small problems , the pool bar restaurant Tatum easily overwhelmed when busy, our first night in main restaurant buffet pretty indigestible but again last day buffet lunch very good so a draw. Lovely staff having to cope with recent change of ownership (to Sweet Hotels) and a shadowy management team lurking in background but not engaging with clients. Cannot overstate how nice and helpful were all the frontline staff , reception and restaurants both. A pity most visitors are just passing through and don’t have time to enjoy the area.

The hotel was very new and modern with very confortable and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Also to my surprised there was free tea and coffee facilites in the room and a bottle of water too. Límites but free and covered parking was available inside the instalations. A quiet hotel only 20 metres from the beach and a nice interior path running paralelo to the sea for walking, running and cycling too. Both Sagunto and the Sagunto Port were only a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Nothing, the location and price-quality of the hotel was outstanding.

Hotel selected for location 30minutes by car to Valencia. Staff told us where to park for free; brilliant. No parking charge at the hotel which was great. Hotel fabulously modern with sleek lines, a lot of white and grey and on the beach. Definitely a perfect choice for us for 2 nights with a long day at Valencia. Would stay for 3 nights next time. Great pool for an evening swim. A quiet retreat, Ideal for romance!

Hotel a gem but with little of consequence in walking distance. A couple of restaurants on the beach about 20 minutes away and these were ok. One for tourists, the other for locals which we preferred and ate at. Harbour within 1 mile all very private and unwelcoming.

Very comfortable bed although I requested a large double bed but ended up with 2 single beds. Great location with beach within 2 minute walk from hotel. Great Breakfast with a wide and varied selection to choose from. Given a packed breakfast to take away on last day due to an early flight departure.

Shower in bath and no shower curtain or enclosure to prevent water spraying on bathroom floor. Not supplied with drinking water after initial complimentary bottle.
