The pool and pool area were fabulous. Bathtubs were amazing. Bar and restaurant very good.

My booking became confused and overpriced due to adding a forth day. I originally booked a room for $70 per night but when I added a day through booking.com the price changed to $90 per night. This made me unhappy and I decided to stay only two nights because of the high price. I believe this confusion was the fault of booking.com nd not on the part of the hotel.

Hotel is very close to the Fabrica de Hielo where we picked up tickets for a river/jeep trip in the Doñana park. You could choose a room deal to include parking although we actually parked on the road outside. Breakfast was included and the hotel was modern and clean with good facilities. All the staff were particularly friendly. Town/Castle also within walking distance.

Everything was good.

This hotel is in a great location for the beach and a 10 minute walk into town. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are all wonderful and the breakfast is superb.

It's not that I didn't like it but the view from our room was a little different from what we are used to. The terrace was very big so it might be good to put a couple of sun loungers on them. Tea and coffee in the room would also be great.

Great location(~5 min to the beach), Friendly staff. Great breakfast(pricey for spain though). Big, not crowded, chill pool We were able to use the pool and toilet/shower next to it after we did the checkout.

Shower was not properly designed, it was causing a lot of leakage to the bathroom floor.

Just wanted to take a break from the city and chill out by the pool. Very peaceful; great pool. Staff helpful and friendly. It was possible to extend check-out time so there was plenty of time to relax on the last day too.

The pool wasn't available on the day we arrived which was disappointing but we made up for lost time.

A good location to walk around close to the beach. Have nice sight of the Guadalquivir. I couldn't visit the pool, but seems to be confortable. The service were very nice and helpful every time i needed them.

My room was oriented to the backyard, a parking lot and was oriented completely to the sun, maybe could have tinted windows to avoid the extra hot and be able to watch outside despite the views.

This is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location near both the town, with its array of delicious retaurants, and the beach area with its lovely promenade. We had a lovely stay. There is on small but very important feature which we haven't encountered before - a disposable non-slip mat for the bath. A great safety feature for all those who love showers.

An extractor fan for the bathroom would be most useful when bathing or showering.

The team at Reception were excellent - really helpful; the service from the bar and restaurant staff was also excellent, and breakfast was also very good too. We enjoyed the pool as well.

On the negative side, the room and especially the double bed were small for a hotel of this level and price.

The food and pool were good and the staff was very good. When I returned after I checked out the staff were very helpful. Yes the staff worked hard and always had a big smile. That included the cleaning staff. Very helpful. They helped with taxi reservations.

Really my fault, but I got a standard room with no balcony. Street view. In the past I have always had a balcony it makes all the difference from an enjoyment point of view having over the pool. My experience in the past was the great balcony. I think the booking should have pointed out the limitations of the street view. Also there was a lot of noise from a next door neighbor < was in room 208

Very comfortable room and mattress. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great choice to suit all tastes. Lots of fresh fruit, selection of cereals, yoghurts, cooked breakfast with large selection, fruit juices, nice breads etc... Lovely to have use of swimming pool or one minute from beach as alternative. Close to excellent restaurants by beach or tapas bars in the back streets also with excellent food but a cheaper option.
