Nice pool, unfortunately the shadows make the kids’ pool not the greatest though. Good breakfast and staff, nice bedroom and bathroom.

There was a couple fighting like animals at the first day, so I couldn’t sleep and calling the reception didn’t help at all. In the middle of the night they asked me if I wanted to change rooms, while they should have moved the crazy couple, not my sleeping babies. In the next day I changed rooms and “at least” I got a terrace in the other room to kind of compensate the lost night that jeopardised the whole next day, since I was exhausted. I didn’t like San Antoni area, if I ever return to Ibiza, I won’t stay there anymore.

Rooms were great and very clean. Nice new bathrooms with excellent showers. Cleaners were in every day. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was great. Food/drink etc available all day. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, especially Pepita at the front desk. Great showers Reims to use on day of departure with additional towels supplied.

The only downside was the security guard. Very obnoxious and arrogant. Was very confrontational and aggressive to the point of getting into people’s faces when just trying to talk to him.

The pool alongside its bar and restaurant. Good vibes with music and fantastic staff.

You have to wear a wrist band which they get unhappy and aggy’ about when you take it off due to not wanting tan lines or it not going with your outfit however I understand that they can have a short fuse due to the amount of idiotic young English lads that they have to put up with.

Good location, within easy reach of the town, restaurants, bars and the sunset. Facilities as expected, cracking shower and most of what we needed. Free safe was a surprise. Pool and bar were great for the time we spent there. Breakfast options pretty much spot on, with the cooked and continental staples, plus some daily variation. The Spar behind the hotel was well stocked, and reasonably priced. Luggage store and shower room enabled us to maximise our final day.

Complimentary water for arrival would be an inexpensive option, and most welcome. It's a shame that the beds can't be joined together properly, but that was kind of expected.

Great location. Nice room (we got one with a balcony). Lovely pool. There are shower rooms you can use after check-out too, which is great if you've a late flight back, and want to go to the pool/beach during the day. Overall, it's great value for money.

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but we did have an unpleasant experience with one staff member on our last day. They might've been having a bad day, and we got the brunt of it, but it would be good for all staff to remain courteous to guests. We were 2 girls, who were respectful and easygoing, but the front desk person was being rude snappy when we couldn't find the showers after check-out. We also had an uncomfortable encounter with another guest while we were looking, which added to our discomfort. Despite this, the rest of our stay was lovely though.

Excellent location, nice helpful staff always willing to assist or help when need it, clean and tidy. Nice pool with nice vibes.

Cleaners often forgot to leave us toilet roll and coffee pods for the room. It is a bit noisy in general, from the street and inside, in between rooms it was good but every morning cleaners where shouting from one side of the corridor to the other to communicate (8am) and it was very loud inside the room. Food is very poor. All they have is English options and not very well made. Variety is not good and the coffee needs changing, it tastes horrendous.

I’ve just got back from a trip to Ibiza with my 13 year old daughter. The rooms were really clean & modern. We moved rooms halfway through our stay due to me extending our trip, the kettle didn’t work in the 2nd room but not a big deal. We went half board & the food was good. I liked the theme nights and we both found food we enjoyed. The pool/pool bar was really good. All the staff were great, the lady on reception was so kind & helpful. Staff in the restaurant all polite and lovely. The pool bar waiters were all really nice too.

Noisy. Especially when we moved rooms, there was a group of men next door & their voices were so loud

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Tropical , and were particularly impressed by their exceptional customer service. After checking out, we had a few hours before our flight and the hotel graciously offered us access to a shower. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction! The location is very good and it is close to everything you need.

If you are planning to go with a car there is no free parking available near the hotel. Parking places next to the hotel are all marked in blue, and you need to pay for the parking, the parking will be available for only 2hrs. Officers are always going around to check the parking tickets. If you want to park for free for unlimited hours, you need to walk 6 minutes from the hotel, there is a large area for parking.

Just came back from staying at the Tropical Hotel Ibiza just a little getaway for 4 days with the wife Searched hotels via Booking.Com and the Tropical came up done my research on the hotel and area and there was mixed reviews I always like to do reviews on where we have stayed and eaten so this review will be honest and no bull-S@@t The reviews I read were saying about the security Guard being aggressive and a bully I didn’t see that the guy is just doing his job to me he was friendly and always said enjoy your evening and on return goodnight— he did asked a group of people to keep the noise down but this was 10 past midnight they said yes sorry and he put the thumbs up and said thanks he’s doing his job we are in our fifties not over the hill but do like our piece and quiet when trying to sleep The hotel is very nice and clean cleaning staff are very efficient but a little respect helps remember they are not our parents lol we can pick stuff up off the floor and put stuff away to help them out The room were spacious bathroom was lovely and clean shower enough for 2 —— the only thing I would say is we had a balcony room and our shower window a little tilt thing was over looking Nextdoors balcony we couldn’t see anything but from outside you could put your head in and see the shower from outside it didn’t happen to use but it could happen there is enough room too Restaurant was very well managed lovely breakfast continental and full English with tea coffee and juices if your half board the evening meal were lovey a little cold not the warmest but there is a microwave there if needed and something for everyone the staff were very friendly always a smile and happy to greet you A short walk to the sea front about 10 minutes and straight forward This was our experience and we would go back there and recommend hope this review helps P.

The noise 🔊 cancelling in the rooms is their weakest point. You can hear everything - both from the street and other rooms (like the doors closing). This is a serious thing to consider: I'm a deep sleeper, slept with all the windows shut and still got woken up by the garbage trucks👂🏼👂🏼- twice during the same night! Please note that I was here in off-season, during October for the closing parties 🎉. I don't even want to imagine how loud it gets during the season when the other rooms and streets are busy 🥳 Make sure to bring your ear plugs! Which is probably a good idea for this island anyway.
