Having stayed at Bandama Golf Hotel in the past, I can confidently say the change in management to airnest has been transformative. The service quality has improved dramatically, with the staff now going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and offer breathtaking views of the historic golf course and surrounding nature. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect retreat, whether you're a golfer or just looking to relax. Thank you Gara and Gemma for your warm attention throughout our stay. I can't wait to return and see how they continue to elevate this hidden gem! Highly recommend

The location is near a golf course and one of the island's peaks, which has a restaurant, besides the one from the golf course. There is a bus service nearby, but I recommend getting there by car because there is ample parking space and more parking in the area (all free)

From the car park to the hotel entrance you need to go onto some narrow stairs and some unpaved private road (about 60m in total).

Located Just next to craters so that it is very impressive. View is fascinating. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Wifii is strong in general however corner rooms has quite weak signal. Workers are soo lovely, two receptionists Sacha and Cristina act like your mother and try to solve all issues you might have :) They made me feel like home. 🍀

The view, location, the pool.

Room was a bit cold, shower was not that comfortable because hose could not be attached to wall and the room itself was not that cozy. Breakfast was poor and since location was in the mountains there was not too many alternatives.

It was too hot day and we had a really bad night however the receptionist sorted out better solution. So we finally had a good days. Thank you.

The swimming pool was closed at 20:00. Also, the girden we couldn't stay then. I wish we would spend a bit more time outside of the fantastic views.

The beds were too hard

The room is very simle but nice. Everyrhing is as you'd expect it to be in a hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and the shower provided plenty of water. There's a Pool as well although no one really used it. The view and outdoor location is absolutely breathtaking. You're next to the path down to the caldera as well as a small hill you can walk up to for an equally spectacular view. Very peaceful. The girl working at the desk in Las Palmas was super helpful and friendly even though she wasn't there in person. There is free coffee and water which I really appreciated.

The worst part was that it's part of a posh golf club which Don't allow most travelers to enter their restaurant. There's a dress code which I' sure most travelers can't comply with. There's no staff and I wasn't sent the access code in advance so I couldn't enter. I had to let in other guests myself as well at times. Due to the location it's very hard to get here if you don't own a car. The busses don't go often and a cab from Las Paslmas costs you around 40,- oné way. There's also barely any restaurants or food places nearby except for a town a couple of miles down the road (a bit too far to walk everytime you need some simple conveniencestore prodcuts) due to the golf club restaurant being limited to club members I got very hungry.
