The location is great - it’s situated in the national park and the beach is just here. The hotel itself has been operating since 60s and was renovated. The room interior is not super modern but nice. There is everything that you may need. The only thing that my room category should have tea/coffee maker. But ours did not have it, but it was quickly resolved. The room cleaning was everyday and really good. The only thing is noise cancellation wasn’t so great betweeen the rooms. We could hear the baby crying, but the noise outside was completely shutdown. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good too. Not super various and I lacked some greens, but overall it was good.

Great location right on the beach at Playa Mondrago, which is very beautiful as it is a nature park. Access to several unspoiled beaches and we also walked to Cala Figuera nearby. The area is quite quiet and idyllic - different to the busier parts of Mallorca. Our room was really comfortable spacious with a view, and they had a nice pool area too. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate, and given it is quite an expensive hotel anyway, it wasn't the best value. Also bearing in mind there aren't any nearby supermarkets to buy supplies except the little shop the hotel runs downstairs which has quite basic supplies.

Absolutely beautiful location. Recently renovated so ignore all old reviews as totally modernised . Beautiful room and really spaceous. Pool area excellent with loungers amongst beautiful gardens. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good evening menu reasonably priced . Excellent walking routes from the hotel to beautiful secluded sandy coves .

Nothing really. I would probably spend the money to upgrade your room to sea view as in the late afternoon/evening you get the full sun and beautiful sunset and we were round the side so missed out on this . Kettle in room would be nice .

The staff was really friendly, especially the manager. He helped us with everything we needed. Location is great - you walk 30 seconds and you are at the beach. There are 3 beaches walking distance to the hotel, and the sea was the best/cleanest in this location compared to other parts (such as Cala dor). You can take the bus (in front of the hotel there is a bus stop) to go to other beaches or Cala dor - very easy access. We didn't even use our car as much. The room is comfortable, not too fancy - but you have all you need. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The staff are very friendly and we loved our stay, however we asked for 2 superior sea view rooms but only got one ☝🏽 on the ground floor, the other was an apartment at the back. Despite requesting to have rooms close together they were at separate ends of the hotel! We were only there for 2 nights so it was ok in the end. The rooms are smaller than they look on the website but have got all you need. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff, closeness to a beautiful beach and 2 more in walking distance. Beautiful. The breakfast was great. The location is definitely what you are paying for. It was also quiet and had a really lovely friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

We got different rooms than we requested so our family was split up.

Nice family owned hotel. The staff were all great. Rooms were adequate but nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Location is great right next to Cala Mondrago and 15-30 minute walking distance to a few other nearby Calas. Parking available on the premisis but definitely was a bit tight since the lots are pretty small, just have to be careful - would recommend renting a compact car. Theres a small convenient store right next to hotel where you can get snacks/drinks and beach equipment. We didnt eat at the restaurant next to the hotel nor did we eat the breakfast or dinner the hotel offered so I cannot comment on that. Overall a pleasant place to sleep while you're out exploring the east side of Mallorca.

Very minor complaints but would have been nice to have access to the room safe for free. Beach towel rentals at 4 euros each whereas some other similarly priced hotels we stayed at only asked for a deposit which was refunded back to you when you returned the towels.

The best part of Hotel Playa Mondrago were the staff. They were so attentive and no request was too much. They were all so friendly and uphold the family run business vibe of the hotel - making our stay all the more special and genuine. We had a delay on our way over and Juan was so helpful in arranging a taxi last minute to come and collect us from the airport. We loved the Cuban music night and the breakfast was delicious too. Fantastic location and great parking facilities as well. Room was spacious.

We had a blissful time at Hotel Mondrago, its situation in the National Park is very special, right next to a stunning beach with the clearest seas, rocks to jump off, pine tree lined paths around the coast and a short walk to another beautiful beach. It is so peaceful here, even around the pool, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind and informative, food was easy as could eat in their restaurant or beach restaurant, shop had good supplies and the breakfast was fantastic (read lots of comments from the past critisising the breakfast but I think they must have made a big effort to improve it as there was loads of choice of cooked breakfast, fruit, cakes, cheeses and hams and cereals) Can hire paddle boards/canoes/pedaloes with slides from beach

No Air Con and we were there when temperatures were very high 32-37 so very sweaty at night! we managed but air con would have made a big difference, the room itself was modern and clean.

The location is superb. Food in the hotel was fresh with a great variety of fish dishes. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and was of good quality with options for everyone. Staff were always helpful, and there was a nice friendly atmosphere. Its a family business, timeless and whilst it is not the most modern there is a warmth that makes you feel at home. It is clean and comfortable and a great base for a relaxing break. You walk one minute to the beach, swim in a lovely safe cove with a path to a second beach. You have a park all around you. You come back to a well cleaned room and great service. If you want to go to Porto petro or Cala D'or the bus stop is outside the hotel and contactless cards are used with cheap transportation available.

It is a wonderful hotel with great friendly staff. The hotel is run by a lovely family. The rooms are clean, the food is so delicious, and it's located in a marvelous natural park on the most beautiful coastline, with turquoise clear seawater. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will be back next year! 😊❤️

The air conditioner was fine, but it wasn't strong enough; the room was warm at night even with the temperature set to 13 degrees.
