The hotel is very good located, near highway (if you rent a car), there si a big parking nearby where you can park for free, beach is 5 minutes walking. It is clean in general, however, room cleanliness can be improved (we found some hair in the bathroom and on the covering blankets). There are only two elevators, so it cause a waiting line for use. Food is great, and the dining room is very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. After check out you can use hotel facilities, including shower, if your flight is in the evening. Bus station is in the front of hotel and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come again!

Only cleanliness of the room can be improved

This hotel offers a good quality/price ratio. It’s conveniently located, it has all the necessary facilities, the staff is really nice and welcoming. The food was great, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and with good quality and taste. You also have a great rooftop bar, where you can sit enjoying a beautiful view while sipping your drink. I would definitely recommend it for a budget-friendly stay.

The interior of the room might seem a bit weird as you have toilet and shower right in front of the bed behind glass doors. It may be uncomfortable for most people. However, there is an option to pay extra for a bigger room, which may partially fix this issue. The cleanliness was also not perfect, as the floors were sticky sometimes and you could find previous guests’ hair in the shower. But overall everything was fine.

Facilities were in good overall condition and location was great (close to the beach). Dining/breakfast area were good, clean and the staff super friendly. Great and powerful AC (a must in Mallorca). We had a mid afternoon flight however the hotel had a room for our baggage and a shower available, even after checkout which allowed us to enjoy one last time the beach in the morning. Great view and balcony with space to hang your beach clothes. Very good quality-price ratio.

Parking was extremely difficult. Bedrooms were not clean as thoroughly as expected and the beds were a bit wonky. The elevators were also complicated with an expected line of people in the lobby waiting on them.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious terrace. The WiFi is strong and reliable. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The location is great—quiet and away from the crowds, with a bus station just steps from the hotel. The food offers a decent variety, though the meat dishes aren’t their strong point, so if you're particular about that, it might not meet your expectations. Free parking is available about 500 meters from the hotel, which is convenient.

Changing sheets should be more frequent as well as room cleaning not only changing towels.

Food and location are good. Reception helpful. At the end all good.

I'm allergic to dust and when we entered the room I needed to make sure there isn't any dust. All shelves had dust on them and under the bed too also towels had some stains on them. Also there is some kind of ventilation in room which is full of dust! Good thing is that thing wasnt air conditioner. I asked reception to clean the room better and to give us new towels, what they did. We got new towels and cleaning lady cleaned the floors everyday. The bottom of shower cabin was leaking so floor in bathroom was always wet. At the end it was all ok, clean room, nice kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay from 14 nights. Rooms where exactly what we expected, we booked seasight and asked to be on top level, which happened :D The view on the 10th floor, looking over the sea and able to see the other side of Mallorca (Palmanova, Magaluf etc), is amazing. Food was great, although some times it might have a little bit more seasoning and less fish foods. Everything was great, we also had some great hungarian neighbours for the first half of our stay ;) One lady with short hairs and glasses in the breakfast/diner room told us "gracias" every time she took a plate or gave us drinks or whatever lol :)

The elevators takes ages to arrive and some days one of the two broke, which made us to use the stairs 2 times, we are fit ;) but we paid for elevators.. The pillow is a little bit thin and long, might consider a square pillow.

Pool on 11th floors, viewings on the sea from the room. Good location, close to all shops and sea. Quiet area good for relaxing

Breakfast and dinner a bit poorly,almost the same, only for dinner was adding more, no information about paying for drinks on the dinner time, everyday was been charged different. Deposit for kettle and remote control, i don't see any information on the website, should be official announcement. For me should be more attraction for guests as life music.

Very nice hotel. About 7-8 min to walk to the beach. The bus stop to get to/from the airport of Palma city center just near the hotel. I had breakfast and dinner. Both were not bad. But you have to pay for the drinks during dinner. Some of the guests (not me :) were trying to bring their own drinks to dinner or to make sandwiches and get them away during breakfast and staff was fighting those attempts - it was a bit funny. WiFi was ok. Relatively good price/quality ratio

The hotel was relatively close to the beach. About a 7 minute walk down the slopes. We only stayed for 2 days, so it is hard to say about the variety of food, but we were quite satisfied with the taste. Helpful reception. 2 elevators for 11 floors is a small problem but we were lucky to get room on the 2d floor. The room was new but the bathroom design is questionable if you are traveling with friends for example

There was a wide gap between the shower door and the glass partition, so we had a flood on the floor after every shower. Maybe it was only in our room

We had a nice room equipped with a balcony and sea view. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and the capital city is 15-20 minutes away. Several restaurants, bars, shops can be found nearby. There are two pools, and the beach is only a few minutes away. Staff is really helpful, the meals were various and rich, we really enjoyed them!

The elevators are small, one of them wasn't working for a day.
