Very friendly staff also the cleaning staff very kind. Super clean apartment. Perfect location of the apartment. From the beginning the staff was very kind and answered all my questions in detail. They always tried to help me in every way. It was my first time in Seville and I can say that everything was magical. I recommend everyone to stay here, especially for the friendliness and cleanliness. When you enter the apartment everything is extremely clean. You have everything available. Bathrobe, towels, sheets, duvet and all super scented. If you need pans, forks, knives.. there is everything. Unique! Saluti dall'Italia :)

The street where the apartment is located would appear to be unsafe, but it's just a feeling.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building which is in a quiet area. Handy for the bus station but a 15 minute walk to many of the visitor attraction's and to the better areas for eating. The apartment benefitted from a private terrace, in addition to a communal area on the roof. Staff were pleasant and helpful - there is a manned reception area for a few hours every day. Beds were comfortable and our bedroom was a quiet.

Kitchen was fairly well equipped but sadly no kettle (despite asking for one) and shower area was a little tired. Voices from the adjacent apartment were audible in our living area, giving us the impression that noise insulation between apartments is not great but luckily our bedroom did not seem to have another apartment in the complex next to it.

The location was better than anticipated and the room was exceptionally clean! Staff excellent and very helpful.

Not much soundproofing. You can hear people talking in the next room and on the road. A minor inconvenience given all the great features offered. It was typically quiet by 11pm latest.

It was very nice, clean, and organized, the reception was friendly and answered all of our questions. It was very centric and well located

There was a bit of noise during the day, of course not the property's fault but the guest's. Also the reception is open from time to time and if you arrive during mid-day you would need to wait for them to open again

Everything in the room is new and you can see attention to details. Comfy beds, very clean sheets, nice bathroom and kitchenette with everything needed. Sparkling clean. Good wifi. We only needed the location for1 night as it was our last night in Seville and needed to be close to Plaza de Armas for the airport bus. Air conditioning working, you can sleep with it as it didn't blew on the bed. It is a good "value for money" as it is rather close to the central town, has comfort and good amenities, it is on a quiet street. We could climb up at last floor where was a terrace you could use

The warranty of 150 euro. It seems rather big considering we were there for just 1 night. But the procedure is ok, they block the amount on your card and then in 1-2 days you have it unblocked . The room had the windows opening in the inner patio. you could heard anyone passing by near the windows. but it had everything we needed for the 1 night we stayed. If we would have stayed more - like 3-4-5 days i would have searched for a location with view, an entire apartment with terrace

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Access to the room was easy. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen had every necessary utensil and equipment.

One thing to complain are windows. Even though we had it closed during the night, it was very loud as we could hear everyone on the street. It was not crowded as it is a narrow and not main road but there was a scooter or discussion from time to time which was quite annoying during the night. Maybe it is the thin walls, not sure.

Studio was ready early so we could leave our luggage early. Also we were able to leave our luggage until mid afternoon on the day we left. Very little noise from the street, and bedroom was facing an internal courtyard, so fairly quiet. Very comfy bed. Late check out.

The toilet - bathroom door is in the bedroom so not ideal if you are sharing with another person. Also there is no door to the bedroom or the kitchen where the sofa bed is. Lack of light in the courtyard and the light switches are not easy to find .

The apartment was very good, we had an upgrade to an apartment with a balcony. The space was very good, with a Mercadona supermarket nearby

There were some things that were missing, such as: - kitchen paper to use as a napkin - a corkscrew - a small knife to cut fruit - remove the extra ice from the freezer - it was not possible to put a bottle to freeze

The apartment was clean and very modern. I needed a safe and comfortable place to stay for one night after a long day journey by bus. Arriving at midnight Alone in a new city is scary as a solo female traveler abroad, but they had great communication with me. I liked how it was close to the bus station & they were flexible with my checkout and we’re able to hold my luggage for a couple hours while I explored the next day.

In the future, I’d prefer an easier check in process. Especially for those arriving late at night. Hotels should have someone onsite 24/7 to check in people. The hassle to check in after a long bus ride late at night at a different location then having to travel back was too much.

Excellent for the price however we got two parking tickets for 200 euros each. The place doesn't have parking. Be very careful where you park. The unit was clean and excellent, they even had a huge coffee maker for cuban coffee which was very useful.
