Very Minor things - kitchen equipment a bit sparse and poor quality. A little more coffee etc to start us off would have been welcome. Slightly more in the cleaning pack- drying cloth

Brilliant location only 5-10 mins walk to a lot of the main sights. Instructions to access the apartment were clear and easy to understand. Reception is open in the day if any assistance required. Clean, bed was comfy.

No major issues at all, a solid 9/10. Could do with some wine glasses in the kitchen as was only 1 left. Also only 3 hangers in the massive wardrobe so unable to hang most of our clothes & as there were no drawers this was a little annoying. (Yes these are small things but easily remedied hence mentioning them). The terrace is big so plenty of space for a couple of sun loungers, would be a nice addition.

The space: having a bedroom, a living room and a terrace was really nice. The location was perfect, near the Torre del Oro and the river, very easy to walk to the main sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful (the housekeeping lady even helped me with booking a cab for me when I left, thanks again 🙂).

The fact they were short on supplies... No salt and pepper, etc. Another example : there was no washing machine detergent. In my opinion, it's a very cheap type of management: when you pay for a lodging you expect to have at least one piece of these products.

This is a wonderful modern apartment in the heart of Seville. We stayed for four days and could walk everywhere easily. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Talking with the owners over WhatsApp was easy - they covered everything. We loved Seville and this apartment was a great base for us to explore. Many excellent bars and restaurants are just round the corner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Only thing I can think of is the lack of some basic goods in the kitchen. We didn't do much cooking, but there is no salt, pepper, oil etc. Not a big deal though.

We received a message from the hotel with instructions for how to access the property as soon as we landed. Prior to the visit the receptionist was very helpful, by email, and told us which bus stop to get off the airport bus at closest to the property. The location was excellent and very close to the the old town without being noisy. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay.

Smell of the drains in the bathroom and the terrace was really bad and meant we really did not use the terrace.

The location is superb! It's in 2 mins walk to attractions and dining places. The room is pretty and fully equipped with necessary utilities. I got a room with a spacious balcony, a perfect location to spend the leisure time after exploring the town.

Check-in was allowed at 4pm. Although the baggage s can be left at the staff office but had to be taken out before the office closing time at 4pm. So I recommend to spare some time during town exploring to deal with it. However, early check in was allowed with €25 additionally which was a good option. Furthermore, the staff lady was so kind. She came early before the office opens at 11.00am to greet us and left late. I am so grateful.

Brilliant location - walking distance from everything. About 3 minute walk from the airport bus which is very ideal! Staff were very helpful and let us leave our bags there before we could check in. Kitchen had everything we needed - glasses, cutlery, plates, big fridge and freezer. Place was air conned and had a whole living room area.

There was a sewage smell on the balcony which wasn’t very pleasant but otherwise everything else was great!

Position very good for walking around Seville, accomodation very good and comfortable with all facilities and terrace overlooking an interesting street which was on the horse drawn carriage route. Washing machine was a bonus for us as we were travelling around for a month. AZZ sent us several e mails offering airport transfers etc which we didnt require as we were driving but would be helpful if you were not.

No wine glasses!!!!!!!

the location was great. perfectly located in the middle of everything you would wanna see in Seville

when we checked in, the balcony was very dirty, we could not even sit on the balcony furniture, they were disgusting. there was also a piece of hair on our bathroom sink and the bathroom smelled like pee which would mean it wasn’t properly cleaned after the last guest. the couch smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, even the blanket on the couch smelled disgusting, I had to ask the receptionist to take it away. I feel bad for the receptionist for trying to help us have a cleaner space, it should have been taken care of by the housekeepers. we were also given a blanket that was obviously used, it wasn’t until the next day that this was replaced with a fresh one. the aircon vent right above our bed was disgustingly dusty. they cleaned it the next day.

The best thing was the bed: really big and extremely comfortable. The pressure in the shower was lovely. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and overall the apartment was quite nice.

Having a smart TV to watch Netflix or YouTube would have been great. You can hear every noise from the street, so if you're a light sleeper, this might affect you. It was not my case.
