Really roomy for three generations, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ample crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Well equipped, even for longer stays, with washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher, full sized fridge etc. Plenty of storage for clothes and food items. Convenient location on edge of old town. Very handy to parking and supermarket. Thoughtful inclusion of dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher tablet and sponge.

Not much- the aircon in the third bedroom wasn’t working but we reported this and expect it would be fixed for future guests. We would have appreciated a tea towel to dry dishes. As it was we used a hand towel from the bathroom to dry the breakfast things on the morning we left.

In that case we would advise to walk outside the hotel and eat in one of the so many great bars were they serve the nicest coffee and breakfast for the same price or less. The pool wasn't as nice as the picture claimed it would be, it was rather dirty. So unfortunately we did not use it, although it was one of the main reasons to book the apartment. We made to bookings for the beginning and the end of our travelling around this area.

As we already visited Seville a few times, this area gets more likes because of the quietness of the place and still in the middle of center. We came with our own car though and the area is very difficult (if note extremely !) to find a parking spot, and beware of the parking in the center it will cost you approx. 35€/24h. So just book a car park well in advance at the apartment that might be much cheaper. The apartment overall was very nice, we were 3 and had 2 separate bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and washing machine, a nice rooftop terrace to sit on, the swimming pool was only for a plunge but the shower will do already just fine. Very easy checking in and out, and cheap for the quality you get.

nothing to dislike

Stayed at Los Salados apartments this June for 5 nights as a group of 4. Apartments are in a brilliant location, within 10-20 mins walk of all tourist areas of interest and close to bus station which was great for us arriving via Flix from Portugal. Quiet surroundings which made for peaceful conditions to sleep also. Reception staff were all very nice and helpful throughout stay. Rooftop pool area was a nice addition, pool was a decent size compared to alternatives in the city. In terms of the apartment itself, it was really spacious. The sofa bed was more comfortable than expected and air con kept the place nice and cool throughout stay with no issues. Overall, really good price considering location for a well equipped and spacious apartment. Would certainly recommend to others visiting the city.

Apartment could have been a bit cleaner and seemed to have an issue with small flies during our stay. A point of discontent (which frustrates me with a number of hotels and holiday rentals) was the lack of a full length mirror which made it difficult to get ready, especially as a group of 4 sharing one bathroom mirror. Another minor area for improvement - the hand soap, shower gel and shampoo all smelt absolutely disgusting as agreed by entire group, although it was easy enough to purchase our own toiletries from nearby Mercadona. Lastly, could have benefitted from being equipped with more than one toilet roll and one towel each for the stay, but reception were happy to provide more upon request.

Fresh, newly renovated/built apartments in a decent location in Seville, 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Lovely decor, clean and tidy, comfortable apartment. Staff was mostly friendly and managed to check us in before the usual 5pm check in time (which is quite late to be entirely honest). Unfortunately, due to unusually cold weather in Seville, we weren’t able to use the pool.

There’s no information on Booking.com about the €200 deposit we had to pay at check-in, but it was swiftly returned. There is no daily cleaning service (which is okay as we had known about it beforehand) but at the end of your stay, you have to take all your rubbish out to the bins which are located in a room quite near the reception - I know this is not a hotel but I wonder how that makes any sense as I’m pretty sure that the rooms are cleaned before next guests arrive.

Spacious, clean and modern in a good location. Separate WC and washing machine was useful for a travelling family. Appreciated the coffee machine with complimentary capsules. Small touches like a bag with clean new kitchen sponge, detergent etc were appreciated. Pool was closed but it was winter so all good. Nice to have a friendly live person in reception after lots of ‘digital receptions’ across Europe. Great value for money!

Bar stool/breakfast bar arrangement in our room was tricky with young kids but that’s only a very minor thing.

The location is close to restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The building is on a charming side street. The farthest walk is Triana. It's The employees were beyond helpful and gave us outstanding service. A shout out to Rocio and Florence at the front desk. As for the unit, it is modern and spacious, yet still has the tall windows and small balconies.

The bathroom sink is shallow and drains slowly. Also, the shower door has no way to close it from the inside unless you can reach the top.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my deposit back. I was sent the paperwork to show they said they had processed it but despite numerous calls and emails, I never received it and they were unhelpful in correcting this. I called my bank who said they could find nothing relating to it and the property kept telling me there was nothing they could do. So that meant value for money was awful as it ended up costing me double what it should have done. As I had left Seville, I couldn't physically go back to requet further help and this left me extreme;y disappointed along with out of pocket.

I've been to Los Salados before and I always try to come back (but its often fully booked!). The flat we got this time was particularly large, with a very large bed too. The kitchen was clean and well kitted out. The swimming pool is fun, but does need some maintenance and cleaning. One of the reasons for choosing rhe place is the concierge open till late, so you have a flat to yourself with the benefits of a hotel.

As I said, the swimming pool could do with some maintenance. A few more coffee capsules would have been nice. The pillows were a bit thin for my taste.
