The hotel is very very beautiful - it even appears on our tourist book! We feared the noise of the big square “encarnacion” where the hotel is so we took a room looking the other way, with no view but no noise at all (room 313), which is amazing for the perfect location of the hotel (10min walk from the cathedral). Plus the room was beautiful. Not a cheap hotel but a good choice. The hotel gave us a list of nearby choices of tapas / restaurants. The 2 we tried were great. Nice rooftop.

The bed was not great.

I truly recommend this hotel because it is located right in the center of the old town, near all tourist attractions in Seville. The hotel is new, staff was very kind during our entire stay and gave us valuable information about what can we visit in the city and where can we eat. The view from the room was magnific, towards Las Setas. The room is modern, design and functionality are great. The bed was very comfortable and big, and the room very spacious. We stayed in a Superior Double Room with City View. Breakfast is very tasty, jamon is excellent, variety good and ingredients are local and fresh - great ! Also we enjoyed relaxing moments at the rooftop bar, staff is very kind. The view from the top is spectaculous, overseeing las setas !

The property was well maintained, perfectly located and the staff were very friendly. I love the little personal touch and gifts, made my stay better than imagined!

Very traditional outside but beautifully clean with modern facilities. It’s nice and central, away from the main road. We had one of the cheap rooms with 2 large single beds. It was a large room with windows facing into the courtyard which made it very quiet. No street noise which suited us. Staff all very nice and helpful with good English (as we can’t speak Spanish unfortunately). Breakfasts were excellent, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious cooked breakfast if you want it and tasty fresh bread. Also cold meats/cheese. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean, had great spaces including a rooftop pool and great bar/terrace that overlooked Las Setas. Great location as well with lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to many of the local attractions. The room was spacious with a tub and they always provided fresh towels daily.

I didn't have an iron in my room, and could not get one when attempted as another guest was using it. While I liked the location of my room- off of a patio area- it required me to go up/down 3 steps which was inconvenient with a suitacase. The terrace closed at 11pm so unfortunately, I could not go up after returning from dinner to just relax and look out at the city. I wish they'd would allow guests to enter after the bar closes. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Everything! From the cool modern entrance all the way to the rooftop pool. The location is excellent - just behind the "Mushrooms". An easy walk into the main shopping, restaurants & sightseeing areas. We were served a beautiful buffet breakfast in the morning. A special mention to the staff member - Jose. A very nice and friendly guy who spoke perfect English. Thank you to all the staff who are super friendly. We were very impressed with Seville as a city. The only downside to the place is that bloodsports in the form of bullfighting is still practiced here (thankfully not during the time we were there). Otherwise a perfect holiday destination. We will return and when we do, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Hotel Intelier Casa de Indias.

The only thing I can think of was that the rooftop bar doesn't stay open late. Closes at 11pm! This is a bit early considering restaurants in Seville only open at 830 - 9pm! There is however a very nice cocktail bar a minute's walk from the front door with really friendly staff called Tropiqual!

Excellent Central location within easy walking distance of the Cities attractions. Room was spacious and well equipped with working and quiet AC. Roof terrace was nice to sunbath and have a relaxing evening drink. We believed the hotel was very good value for money.

Only slight gripe was the e-mail describing the parking at Parking SABA ( around 10 minutes walk ) did in my view understate the cost. ( Perhaps the hotel could recommend a lower cost alternative further out of the city centre ) We arrived at the carpark at 12.15 on Monday and left 5 am on Wednesday ( 41 hours and the cost was 74 Euros ) It was also a little scary trying to find an open entrance to the Carpark at 5am as all but one of the entrances was locked with no one around checking this if you are leaving late at night or early AM

All staff was super nice and helpful. Special thanks to Miguel (staff from the swimming pool) and the blond guy at the reception (we are very sorry we forgot to write down his name) their help and attention are worth a special mention. Swimming pool great, room spotless and comfortable. Everything was so nice we extended our stay one more night.

Is not really bad but a detail. You can’t eat at the swimming pool (there is no lunch/food service provided, you can’t either bring it from outside nor order room service and let it be delivered at the swimming pool). So we needed to order room service go to the room eat there and come back. Is kind of a minus point when you are planning to enjoy the pool the whole day.

Charming hotel just in front of Setas. Easy to access. The staff are friendly and efficient. Check-in available 24h. Rooms with windows to the backyard are very quiet. Good-sized room. Breakfast is basic but has everything you need, and you can order freshly made eggs. The rooftop has a nice view of Setas. I'm just taking one star off because of the cleaning/maintenance of the room, which could be better, specifically in the toilet with lime/grime in the shower area and dirty marks on the walls. I hope that on my next visit, it will be better managed :)
