The hotel is in an excellent central location. The hotel was clean and facilities were as you'd expect although there was no safe. The worst part of the stay was waiting over half an hour to check in but I'll let the staff off as a new Spanish rule has just come into force. The staff didn't speak much English which is understandable! I slept pretty well. There is noise in the early hours and I can imagine it being hot in summer but in December I had no issues.

Long check in due to new Spanish Government rules . Once this is bedded in things will speed up? 49 questions apparently.

We arrived very early in the morning and Migel and Luis very kindly allowed us to check in. We were extremely grateful as we traveled overnight and were very tired. The staff were always very helpful and always gave helpful hints on what to do. The hotel also had a lovely library and sitting area. We wish we had more time to enjoy the library. The hotel was very close to the major sites and it was a bus ride to the main bus station.

If you had the windows open, it was very noisy. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were out all day and we put the shutters down to cancel the noice in the night.

The hotels location was excellent ! I was really pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this short stay away from the main tourist centre ! My room was simple clean and very comfortable .

I arrived at 2am after a delayed flight , I had informed the hotel , I did not get warm welcome at all . I had to ask how to put the black out blinds down. and the receptionist ( I believe his name was Miguel ) Was not at happy having to come and show me , we walked to my room in total silence. I was not given any information about the hotel, or that there was a kettle for customers use in the reception , and a terrace on the roof. Maybe an information sheet for guests might be a good idea . The other two receptionists were very pleasant . I really feel the rooms could benefit from having a kettle .

This is a really nice hotel on the edge of Seville City and for us it was ideal to walk into the main centre and also access the sights. Check in was very simple and the gentleman that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The reception area and adjacent lounge area was clean and very pleasant. Our room (204) was on the first floor and looked out onto a fairly busy road but with the Juliet balcony doors closed it was quiet. The room was basic, but had everything that we needed. We were aware that they didn't supply a kettle, so we had brought our own (we didn't want to pay one Euro for a cup of hotel coffee!). There were twin beds made into a very large double and it was very comfortable. The best bit was the bathroom which had an excellent large shower cubicle. The room had air conditioning and it worked fine during our stay. Nice and quiet. The room itself was clean and well maintained. This is not a four star hotel, but, as I say, for the price and location, was perfect for our needs, and would highly recommend.

Minor point. Kettle in the room would have been helpful.

Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews but I’m so glad we stuck with this hotel.. excellent location and very friendly staff.. Room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the Juliet balconies looking out onto the street. Loads of places to eat and drink around the area. No yea making facilities in the room but there was some available if needed at reception. Very easy to get to all the tourist areas on foot from the hotel. Will hopefully come back

Location amazing. Staff friendly, towels changed daily ( which I was not expecting). Good restaurants within 50 meters of the hotel. Air conditioning was good, and although very central, once the windows were closed, there was very little noise.

It would have helped had there been a fridge in the room, just to keep water cold, as the weather in Sevilla is known to be warm. Apart from that, there is nothing I could say that I was not happy with.

The location is very good. The room was clean and modern The hotel is lovely generally from the outside to the corridors and the rooms are decorated very tastefully. The staff made an effort to help whenever we needed assistance. Staff speak English but we're also happy to engage in Spanish with me. Some places I have stayed at the staff will just switch to English straight away. There is coffee for a very small charge in reception. There is a very nice local cafe nearby too.

The Hotel was excellent and was very comfortable and very clean. I've been in hotels with more stars which were not as clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location perfect. Very quaint little library and beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

For a low star rating hotel - it exceeded expectations. So nothing negative to say.

It was easy to get from the bus station San Sebastian (taxi 6 e) and to the airport (bus 32 and AE, 5,4 e). Walking distance to the cathedral, Las Setas, even El corte ingles. The hotel has a wonderful decorated patio with a library, sofa, armchairs etc. The people there are very kind and give information about anything you need. Nice place to stay for a few days when you are in Seville.

Maybe the shower cabin can be improved. And it was a bit embarassing as the window faced inside, inconvenient when opening it and see the other guests on the hallway. All in all, it's not a big deal to complain about. Thank you.

Room was clean and well presented. It looked like it had recently been refurbished and everything was very neat. With the window shut it was very quite and I had a good nights sleep.

Room was very small by modern standards and only had a single bed. It also looked out onto an internal atrium. For one night this was fine and seemed to be good value.
