When I I entered "my apartments", I opened big eyes: I had reserved a bedroom and I discovered a suite... Clearly, I had been upgraded, thanks to the hotel managing, but the fact is I actually felt somehow destabilized by a so large space. I checked all closets morbing and evening to be sure that nobody was hidden somewhere... Incredible to notice that the terrace was larger than my Parisian flat. I do not forget the quantity of offered products, with a second dose the second day...

One can appreciate or less the style of furniture, which is the same in all the suite. As for myself, I would not chose it to equip my personal lodging. But the weakest point of Ingliterra hotel, which explains my final estimation, is the breakfast, which, in comparison with the premises, looks poor, not enough varied, with meals of secondary quality: only one cheese, ordinary bread, fruit salad swimming in juice...

How could it be possible not to love this hotel. It is exquisite! A home away from home but without having to do the washing up! So elegant, comfortable, well appointed, and with an unexpected balcony for surveying the beautiful view of the square! Lovely food and room service. Just perfect! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

The delicious food brought to the room could have been warmer and quicker. It was quite difficult to get through to room service in the afternoon after I arrived. There is not a full menu in the afternoon but I could order a delicious omelette with bacon and some cold cheeses and fruit. It is such a shame there is slight staining around the sinks discolouring the marble a little but I appreciate this is difficult and very expensive to fix. The room did not need to be so cold when I entered. A few degrees less cold would save the hotel money, have lower environmental impact, and be a little more pleasant. But these were VERY MINOR issues at a perfect hotel!

Conveniently, both the Taxi rank and the Tram terminus are a stone’s throw from the Hotel entrance. Also, access by foot to the main attractions and restaurants could not be easier. Friendly and efficient hotel staff. We had a Deluxe Double Room with Terrace which was large, very well equipped, and everything worked as it should. We enjoyed 3 peaceful undisturbed nights. Breakfast was very good with a considerable choice, even chilled Cava sparkling wine was on offer! The coffee was thick and strong. The rooftop terrace bar is exceptional and we always looked forward to our daily visits.

The main restaurant (in common with many others in Seville) does not serve food till after 8.30pm – too late for us! Bar food served in the terrace bar from 7pm, is good, but of limited variety.

The hotel was very comfortable and very well-presented. Our room was charming and very comfortable. We liked how the hotel was centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

We took the breakfast offered by the hotel one day and we regretted that we did. The whole breakfast experience was frustrating - no one explained how it worked or where anything was. We spent most of the time trying to figure out how it all worked. We spent, what should have been a relaxing experience, jumping up and finding various food items, etc. Frankly, it was too much work and was not relaxing at all as we kept bumping into everybody at the coffee station or the toast section. To top it off, the food was inferior in every way. Sorry Inglaterra, love your hotel and definitely would return but would never choose the breakfast.

We loved the ambience of the Inglaterra, from the foyer to the restaurant and the breakfast area, as well as the rooftop bar that had an excellent margarita and the best sangria. Top this off with excellent views to the cathedral, and you have the ideal evening laid out in front of you. Our room was comfortable, clean, free from outside noise and a good size. We loved the bathroom, in particular the monogrammed towels and hand towels. Every staff member we cam across was extremely friendly, patient with us and spoke very good English. David at the front desk was particularly friendly, helpful, polite, well organised and patient. Lastly, as we had a car, we loved the ease of pulling up out front on arrival and having the car parked and retrieved for us as needed. The best €22 per day we spent while in Seville.

Our room had a connecting door for use as a double room. Unfortunately, when the guests in that room were awake at 6:30 in the morning, we could hear every word they spoke as if they were in our room with us. Having a "double door" or some sort of insulation would alleviate that problem.

Room was incredibly spacious, classically decorated and to a height standard, with a separate rooms for us and another for the children, a walk-in wardrobe and complementary drinks. The check-in process could not have been better. We were greeted with welcome drinks and got our car parked for us and the luggage taken to our room, which is just want you need after driving so many hours. The hotel is very well maintained and staffed. The breakfast was very good and varied. The rooftop bar/restaurant is exceptional with outstanding views over Seville that alone are worth the stay. The checkout process was equally good, staying true to the motto of ‘saying hello and goodbye with equal energy’. On the whole, this has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in, offering an experience that will for sure last in our memories. We hope to return next time we come to Seville and will recommend it to all our friends and family!

Location.... excellent, easy to find, lots of amenities within the hotel and close by. Very helpful and kind staff, with excellent humour while always Professional.

Upon arrival and later in the evening, the one lady in reception was the only person almost rude ( not Ana who was wonderful) Later when we came in rude again and her colleague spoke to her, and then he answered our questions. He and the rest of the staff were incredible.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel everything was absolutely amazing. Fantastic location - hotel is located several hundred of meters from the iconic Seville Cathedral. Spacious bedroom and well equipped room. Availability of its own garage is an addition star point for this hotel. Perfectly maintained hotel and spotlessly clean spacious room. Every member of the hotel staff, but everyone one without exception, was so polite, friendly, efficient and professional, making our four day stay in hotel remarkable and an unforgettable experience. Well done Hotel Inglaterra, we will not hesitate to stay in your hotel again!

The only thing that we can mention as negative was the bed, which was rather squeaky and "overused".

It is such a wonderful hotel in every way

We were cozy and in bed for the night when the hotel phone rang, we managed to answer it and the night manager had a complaint that we were moving furniture in our room. Although, we too heard the same sounds it was not us. Half an hour later the night manager knocked on our door as there was still a complaint, we got up from bed and answered the door, clearly the noise of moving furniture was not coming from our room… It was amazing to think that a couple married almost 55 years would have a noise complaint from their hotel room, if you know what we mean. The noise finally stopped and we slept well.

This hotel was excellent and we are happy to give it a 10. We liked everything. The location was perfect - right in the centre next to all the main attractions. The hotel was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The amenities in the room were generous. The bed was superb. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The service was impeccable. The wifi was great. Above all, the staff were very, very friendly, professional and helpful. The concierge, Pablo, was well-informed and gave us really helpful information. He also booked a great tour for us. One of the front desk staff, Javier, very much went out of his way to help us find a small shop we needed. He actually took us there when we couldn't find it. we would definitely stay there again if we went to Seville.
