The room had just the essentials but still everything that I needed for my stay. I found the room very clean when I arrived, the staff always friendly and willing to help. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I also liked the location, there are a lot of restaurants and cafés to choose from, stores and markets as well, and I always love staying in a cozy area with old buildings and tiny streets charm!

I don't have any complaints really! For the price everything was great. Regarding the extra fee for the air conditioner I get it. I didn't even need it during my stay, and if it were included people would just use it unnecessarily. This way it's a contribution to the environment and I like that :-)

The lobby is stunning, tiling and a fountain. There is a lovely terrace on the roof. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The window of our room led out to a common area. There was no glass in the window. There were decorative bars for security and traditional shutters. The receptionist stayed after hours to welcome us as we were v late. She secured our bicycles and was helpful, humorous and polite.

The open window may not be to everyone’s taste, but, I loved the fresh air.

The small hotel is situated in a very nice old style house, close to Alcazar Palace and to the railway, San Sebastian bus station, Plaza de Espana and the University of Seville, also well connected to the Cathedral square. There are a plenty of nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The staff is very helpful and very fluent in English. They are respecting the check in time at 3PM, as they described on their page. The hotel room ond the 1st floor was nice and clean, with hair dryer, shampoo and body shower. The single room has an small terrace. Althought I was in December it wasn´t necessary to heat the room with ai conditioner. I was very satisfied with accomodation at Azahar, and I´d recommend it with pleasure everyone!

There was only one tiny thing which could be changed: shampoo, body shower and liquid soap could be offered in dispensers, for showers and above the sink. They were offered in bottles, so I was supposed to bring them everywhere. But everything was really great.

Our flight from Dublin was delayed, and I have informed the pension by whatsapp, and it was easy to communicate with them, they were helpful, and in the end, we managed to arrive 2 min before they close but we made it ! :) The location was great, within the "Casco viejo" (the Old Town), the staff (all 3 girls from reception we have dealt with) were absolutely lovely as well as the cleaning lady, welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the rooftop/terrace, it was so great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, there was even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and the AC for only 5 Euro per night (we tried without the first night but we are Irish residents so not used to the heat...we had to buy it the second night). However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Brilliant stay, we would love to go back next time we are in Sevilla! Thanks for everything !

Really nice accommodation, staff was also really friendly and had a great location. 20-30min walk from good places to visit

The toilet paper was weirdly dirty on top and the bathroom had sewage smell, so we had to close the door. Had some trouble with people making noises outside, but besides that, really good.

- Only one long pillow for two people (uncommon and not really comfortable solution) - In the room (at least on the ground floor) you can hear the sound from the street (bars) and guests who entering the hotel

The location is the best! The shower was good and also the room temperature. The bed confortable.

The room is a bit old and not perfectly clean, you can also hear noise from other rooms or outside. But the price was not expensive.

It super well located, clean, people are nice, A/C works well and it is a must during summer

The bathroom door was broken and we had to pay 5 euros/day for the A/C, maybe it should be already included in the price, it is impossible to be inside the room during summer

Greal location, room was clean, also the bathroom. Bed is really comfortable even the strange long pillow is good.

Bathroom door was somehow difficult to be opened from the inside. With help from the outside it is good.
