The best is the location! In the middle of it all. It comes with a negative side - street noise but window shutters helped a lot. Boutique place. Pleasant staff though never met anyone as there is no reception nor restaurant at the place. All communication was via mail and messages, super easy, super smooth. We traveled with a dog, no extra charges and no fuss about the dog (very unusual in Andalucia). No parking at the facility (as it’s in the old town) but public parking house just few steps away. Overall super nice stay and I would definitely select it again.

We were in the superb room 7 (as above) ... over 300 sq ft with a superb furnished balcony. In warm weather, the retractable roof can be used as need be. The room was spotless with a walk-in shower. Looking over square, full of orange trees was very pleasant. A flamenco club is the same plaza Santa Cruz. Communication with El Moro, the main hotel is simple by phone ... breakfasts are 3 mins walk away, although there are a lot of options nearby. The location is fantastic.

Nothing really ... my wi-fi was patchy, but my wife's was fine.

The location is amazing!!Walking distance to everything. And you never get bored in the narrow, colorful, old-town streets. Room was cozy, quiet, AC worked to warm it up. The window view is definitely a highlight. There is attention to detail which i appreciate a lot, they even provided all essentials for my short stay. And the staff reached out in advance to me and later walked me to my room upon arrival and was very friendly.

The fact that it was so nice and cozy that it almost made me not want to leave 😄😁 (Only smol detail is that the sprinkles from the shower water also jump outside if you take a long shower. But there was an extra towel to take care of that)

The location was unbeatable! So close to the Alcazar/Cathedral/Giralda/Plaza de Espana/Restaurants/etc. Being a boutique hotel (stayed at the Luxury Homes) the room was adequate size and had a nice mix of old world and modern décor. Loved the windows that opened to a beautiful view for sunset. The Staff was AMAZING! The main hotel's rooftop had great views of the Giralda especially at night.

Not that I didn't like it but instead thought that the coffee area in the Luxury homes on the ground floor could use an update.

Great location in a small square filled with orange trees in the historic centre, just next to some gardens. Rooms are unique with quirky decor and good facilities. It is also possible to use some of the facilties at the partner hotel where you will find a very helpful receptionist. You can also go to the partner hotel for a welcome drink. :-)

We had a bit of a problem with a blocked shower, but the staff responded immediately and it was fixed very quickly. There was quite a lot of street noise in the mornings, which is worth considering if you like a lay-in, but it is a bustling city and a busy location, so to be expected.

The location was perfect. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The common areas are tranquil and it's a relatively quite location. The staff was very friendly, and they offered a complimentary arrival drink in the main hotel. The air conditioning was nice and cool, perfect for the warm summer months

The only small complaint i have is all the coffee cups in the common area were used and not replaced until after 11am the next morning. So it would have been nice to have had the cups changed out earlier in the morning so we could have partaken in a morning cup of coffee.

Perfect location - very central with loads of food places nearby and only few minutes walk from the Alcázar and the cathedral. We arrived after midnight and the staff were great with communication and keeping in contact, they gave us the entry code and room details beforehand as well as how to get to the hotel from airport via taxi. We stayed in room 5 - room & bathroom were spacious, clean and well decorated. Bed was pretty comfortable but I personally didn’t like the pillow very much, my friend however thought the pillow was ok.

As it’s centrally located, there was quite a bit of noise from outside during some nights. If you’re going during the colder months and get cold easily like me, you’ll most likely find the room cold when the heating isn’t on (i.e. during the night/early morning when you wake up) but they do provide an extra blanket which helps.

Excellent position in old town, right in Plaza Santa Cruz. All the attractions are reachable by walking. Quiet neighborhood, since there aren't tapas bars in this plaza, but plenty of those in less than 5 minutes of walking. The room I had (#8) is great for young couples. Very clean and confy.

The shower is fully visible from almost any part of the room so privacy could be a concern for shy people. Toilet fan a bit noisy.

Lovely building in the centre with access to the Old Town on your doorstep Very clean and quality refurbishment . the host was really helpful with the issues we had.

Parking is a distance away in an underground carpark. If you go to the property then it’s extremely difficult to get back to the carpark without going around the city for about 15 minutes. When we arrived they were doing building work below our room so couldn’t rest after a long 5hour drive. When we complained they stopped immediately which was appreciated.

The room and bathroom were lovely and very comfortable. The bed was large and sheets were crisp! The location was great, we were close to so much! Seville is a beautiful city. We also ate at the hotel restaurant twice - - the food was delious and they had unique offerings and wonderful service in a beautiful setting. Will stay here again when I return to Seville.
