For a hostel stay it exceeded my expectations. Staff was courteous and the location in Placa de Flor was amazing. I'm tall but I still managed to sleep. People were coming in and out frequently but they were friendly. Everyone was respectful. Free water and coffee with regular air-conditioning made it all comfortable. When I asked for extra towels it was given to me. Plenty of toilets and showers to use at any time as well.

The doors leading to the rooms needs some maintenance - I hurt my finger whilst closing it. Sticks of wood come out. I'm sure this should be fixed soon as well. The issue of the hostel depends mostly of the guests coming in an out. It's a collective effort - some young people don't know how to properly clean, or keep things organised. So that's not the hostel's fault.

Although check-in was an automated system, there was a pleasant young lady in the work area who gave us our room key. We adored the location overlooking the square (may not suit everyone) with its many restaurants and busy life, Our double room had everything we needed and a mini balcony. Public underground parking was just opposite and we were just a few minutes from the sea front. In the "work" area we enjoyed free coffees and chatted with several interesting guests on the comfy chairs. For a hostel, we were pleasantly surprised. The town was kept clean.

We didn't mind, but beware of all-night noise from people walking about until the dustmen arrive around 5am, especially over a summer weekend.

A very clean, quiet hostel. Beds were comfy, small kitchen area with fridge, microwave and kettle with enough crockery. Small lounge, could do with a comfy sofa or chair. Free coffee and water in reception but no milk. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again. Good location in a square with lots of eating places and about 20 min walk from bus and train stations. Good supermarkets nearby.

Fantastic location right on main plaza with "human towers" Fiesta happening out front. Despite that our room *non balcony, was quiet. Good ac, bedaide lights and table Room small but functional.

Tiny bathroom. Larger people might struggle to fit in. Free coffee machine just could not get working in the morning after several tries. There are no staff, its an unmanaged hostel so no [ne to assist if you need. Stairs narrow, ok for us but others might struggle if on an upper floor

Housekeeping entered my room while I was sleeping, it was around 11 am. There should be a sign do not disturb so I could place on the door To avoid this The water from the shower wasn't draining well so everytime there was a bit of mess after taking a shower.

The room was very spacious and had excellent cleaning service for the price. The check in and check out was extremely simple and the coffee/water station was a lifesaver. This place was at an amazingly central location and the price can’t be beat for all the great qualities of our stay. I would definitely recommend and come back again!

Great location, bed was good, room got cleaned daily and in general the room was clean.

You could easily hear other guests but during the nights it was quiet luckily. Through the rooster in the bathroom you could look into the other room of other guests so a bit of a privacy concern.

I liked that accommodation was very central and close to the beach ( 20 mins walk). Clean towels every day. Very comfy bed.

I had a problem with bugs in my room. It's not nice if something is crawling on your floor during the day and night.

Brilliant base: central, great wifi, balcony, spotlessly clean; once checked in you can come and go. Note - I love the bustle into the night of the Placa but if you're a light sleeper you may prefer an inside room without balcony.

Automatic check in problematic; was sent 2 different codes and noone to ask if something went wrong. But it didn't and I won't worry next time!

Very centeraized location. Room was very basic but satisfied for the cost . Share bathroom was clean .

There is NO elevator to top floors ! Very narrow stairways . The management insists on a full digital reservation and automated cheak in process....that in some cases can be more difficult to follow . I had lucky and got help from a friendly staff member who passed-by in a "show up" time ; otherwise, I couldn't complete the cheak in 🤷‍♂️.
