Perfect location. We had a sea view room - beautiful views. Room service - excellent. Didn’t really get a chance to talk to the hotel stuff apart from Orlando who was extremely nice, helpful and thanks to him we extended our visit with no hassle, just has to change the room which was done perfectly. He also told us what is worth to visit in the area, which we did and we had an amazing time! Thank you Orlando! Also a big thank you to the cleaner - I regret I didn’t capture his name. Thank you once again!

Kettle and tea/coffee option in the rooms would be nice

Great location, on pedestrian street and promenade. Room on street side, small balcony but nice. Beds comfortable, Aircon good, mini fridge. Old style Spanish decoration in rooms, 42 inch TV. Small lift. Nice roof terrace with great views. Two supermarkets opposite street entrance. 25 minute walk from Torremolinos train station.

Two plug sockets in room for TV and hotel phone, used these for phone charger. Could do with a few more sockets. Otherwise nothing else.

The staff are so helpful and friendly here! We needed to use a mobility scooter and they charged the scooter up every night for us and kept an eye on it outside. We had a sea view room which was worth the extra for sure. Lovely sound of the waves crashing and you can people watch from the balcony. I think we were allocated a slightly bigger room than most because my Mum had mobility issues so this was very well received and gave us more space. The hotel is located on a lovely flat street, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants right on your door step which was just ideal for us, to scoot up and down with no traffic to worry about. Then at the back of the hotel is the beach, the hotel is literally on the beach. We really enjoyed our break and will be back again. Thank you for your kindness :-)

I was in the room with the sea view, loved the view, couldn't beat it, nice little balcony to sit out. Staff were very helpful,, nothing was too much trouble, as a solo traveller this time, felt totally safe.

The bed base a bit worn out, the shower/bath wasn't easy to get in and out, the bath was half the size of a normal bath , with a step in it so not a lot room to move, they need to just get rid of the tub and leave it as a shower area. , safer for older people.

Excellent location in the Carihuela district, facing the sea and surrounded by restaurants bars and shops. Very easy walking for older people, lovely long promenade stretching to the Bajandillo beach on one side and towards Benalmadena on the other. Lots of seating to break the journey. Hotel was good value for money, very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful; queries were answered promptly and any problems dealt with right away.

My only dislike was that I found the shower hard to control.

I'm rating this high, but it's not an high end place. However, for the price, it's excellent. It's cheap. Yes, it's dated, but it's clean. But oh, what a location. The balcony is small, but for the price it's wonderful. Waking up to the rising sun .... priceless! Bed was comfortable. Fridge in the room. Loo smells, but shower good by spanish standards.

The hotel room certainly needs updating No hairdryer and not even a chair in the room The overthrow on the bed need to be replaced

Spotless clean staff very friendly and helpful and good location.

Being a hotel we expected facilities to have something to eat on site but with that not being there you would expect to have something in rooms to do so such as kettle toaster cups etc, on request we did receive kettle cups a spoon and an knife.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Our room had amazing sea views. The coffee and vending machine in the reception area were really handy.

We couldn't get the heating to work. It was quite cold at night but the air conditioning only seemed to work to cool the room down.

Great hotel - superb location - very Spanish. Loved the rooftop solarium and the inner courtyard. Rooms cleaned daily and staff did an excellent job. Hotel arranged airport shuttle back to Malaga and this was much cheaper than what we paid when we arrived.

No complaints at all. Would have loved a pool even though opposite the beach but we knew the hotel didn’t have one.
