The room was clean, just the right size for our needs. The restaurant and service was excellent. I would stay here again. Friendly staff great welcome.

We thought it was nearer to the airport as it was sold to us as an airport hotel. We did not regret coming here. We caught the train to Torremolinos and a short taxis ride to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but not from the airport to the hotel. The journey was easy. In the morning we walked to the center. I would stay at the hotel again.

The airport shuttle was NOT available 24/7. We had to be at airport at 4:30. Shuttle commenced at 0500. Tried to confirm this prior to booking but was invited to ask questions of the property AFTER booking the room. Misleading on Booking.com part.

Stayed there before we like the hotel. The room we had this time was very noisy.we were staying for a week, some only stay one two nights think need to look more who's staying longer lots of early morning flights people getting up. We stayed in 407. Before 120 ithink grass out back no one walking past door all hours in night. Other than that very good. Wont put me off staying again. Pool facilities good.

The hotel is comfortable and modern, the room we had was a good size with a nice shower room, TV and a fridge. The pool is a nice place to relax at, and has seating outside. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant! The shuttle bus to the airport was very handy in the morning. Overall, a good place for a short stay!

There is no tea/coffee maker in the room or some cups, so that was missing for me. The location from the beach is about 20 mins walk, so it’s not the closest to it.

Hotel zen is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels given each day also. The air conditioning is brilliant. There is a little area to sit outside your room with a little table and benches. The pool bar sells a variety of food and drinks. The slushies and smoothies were my favourite. The main restaurant is more pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza is pretty good. There is a courtesy but that will bring you down to the beach were you find a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops and will then pick you back up at certain times during the day. We found this very handy. I've been twice to Zen Hotel and would definitely return again.

There wasn't much we didn't like about Zen Hotel. The room we were given was quite small but adequate for somewhere to rest. There was enough storage and there was a small fridge to keep drinks cold so it wasn't too bad. The only other slight problem we had during our stay was with one of the cleaning ladies. She walked by the pool one day and told me that we weren't allowed to sunbath topless even though I knew it was ok as i had stayed here before. However when we asked the lady behind the snack bar she told us it was ok. That some people don't like it but there was no rule against it. Other than that I had no other issues and really enjoyed my stay.

We were looking for an inexpensive Hotel close to the airport. I was not expecting much, however the staff were great, the Hotel is very clean and somewhat Funky. It is not luxurious but it fit the bill. As a bonus it has a Resturant which again is small, but the Pizza and Salad was inexpensive and quite spectacular. If someone can answer a question........the Olive Oil used in the restaurant was extremely tasty..........was it infused with Herbs????

The room was small.........but that is coming from a North Americian......so take it with a grain of salt. Also was a little difficult to find on our 1st pass.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, customer service was absolutely superb. Shuttle to the airport was on time and just 10 minutes to Malaga airport. Pool was perfect for a bit of relaxation and was clean and warm. Great shower. Restaurant is very nicely appointed and food was great. Being a lone traveller I was made to feel very welcome.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Toiletries in the room were basic. I didn't like the bolster-type pillow but I asked for an alternative and it was no problem at all - staff couldn't have been more helpful :)

Only stayed one night but loved the peaceful atmosphere (seemed like a good family place with kids playing). Great that the reception was open all night so I could check in late. And good wifi, comfy bed.

They told me you have to book the free airport shuttle at the reception, but not that you have to do it one day in advance, if you book the same day they'll still take you to the beach or train station but not to the airport. Other guests walked past right outside the window so didn't feel super private. Shower was mostly nice and warm but randomly went cold and back again several times.

The shuttle finished at midnight so we had to get a taxi as we arrived at 11.30 pm and were not out in time The next day we had to go back to the airport to pick up a hire car but we’re not allowed to use the shuttle as it is only for people catching a flight . I think this is wrong and should be advertised at booking as using taxis both way made the hotel uneconomical for us

Been going for years.love it.i like the location and the hotel and the people and small pool.it is near train and bus and airport too.back again soon.

Wi fi in room no good.hopeless.nearly always the same. no connection.They gave me new username and password but still no good.worked occasionally then not at all. often on trips it only works down by reception.depressing.i gave up.posted my fotos when I got back home.going again soon but not expecting much wi fi.i have 2 phones.same on both.shame as I like to write/ do writing.f book etc.if anything important id go down by reception.meanwhile spain trip prices and air fares and many things just not the same .Malaga crammed.trains crammed.in April.so crammed not friendly anymore..it's now all about the money.but i love spain,spanish music.. everything spanish....Will be there again soon...different Spain though post pandemic I think..
