Staff were all friendly, from the receptionist to the cleaner and the breakfast server. The air conditioning was great, the shower was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety. There was a good amount of space for clothes. It is very close the train and bus stations, a park with cafes, the river Ebre and the town. A very pleasant stay.

To be honest, I really enjoyed everything. The room was clean and comfortable, has a lot of facilities and the staff and receptionist were really kind and helpful. My friend and I really had fun staying there. I really recommend it. For me it was 9/10.

The flaw is about the electric box and electric current in general. Everytime we wanted to dry our hair the light went down and we had to turn on again like few times in a short period of time meanwhile we tried to dry our hair. But it wasn't that important, we were get by to turn the electric box to activate the current and keep drying our hair.

Very helpful staff at check in. They spoke perfect English and explained everything we needed to know. They allowed our small dog to stay. At first it was very cold in our room but it soon heated up with the heater. The hotel is very centrally located with plenty of cafes nearby.

Climbing the entrance stairs to reception bit steep and for a person with knee problem is a night mare but a lift to above levels makes up for it for a 2 star is well worth the climbing of stairs

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. New bedding and towels. Great location for Tortosa city centre and bus and train stations. Upgraded since my previous stay a year before.

We had a large, comfortable room, in a lovely old-fashioned building, convenient for the station. Good air-conditioning was welcome on a hot night. The receptionist was helpful, and gave us a map and suggestions for sightseeing.

Although there is a lift inside the building, you have to go up a longish flight of steps to get to the entrance - a challenge for anyone with impaired mobility and/or a heavy case.

Friendly staff willing to help. Good value breakfast. Handy park across from hotel., great if travelling with dogs.

Remember to bring a mini kettle etc for the room. Great that there is a bathtub but shape a bit quirky and uncomfortable on the head and neck. Dead flies and short and curlies in and around tub. Understand its a quick turnaround for chamber maids in budget hotel! Nevertheless, overall, good value!

A convenient stop off the motorway. Breakfast was super value and I don’t thing I have seen a better buffet breakfast before!

Thin walls and some noise through the night from other rooms. That said it was also the Saturday of the main town Fiesta in the park opposite. We slept soundly with ear plugs.

Central, easy to find, private parking a plus €6. They accept dogs €6 per dog per night, another great plus is a lovely park at the end of the road. A good buffet breakfast available €5 p.p.

Rooms are a little small and the addition of a kettle would be appreciated. However for a one night's stay it's no problem and the price point is good!
